Pathetic customer services overall
I booked a flexible ticket worth about £1500 (Virgin Atlantic)LHR to BLR through traveltrolley.com, travel insurance also was included. Very unfortunate that my kid who supposed to travel with me developed Chickenpox on the day of travel. Flight cannot let you board with a contagious disease. Hence they told I need to reach out travelly.com either to reschedule or refund. Sorry to say when I called travel trolley, they were just redirecting me to THE AIRLINES. I must say, Danny, one of the agent clearly understood the situation. However, I made numerous calls to airlines and the agent as they instructed back and forth, one of the customer care member by name Mohit from travel trolley even abused me, made me cry. Finally the airlines asked me to force the customer care agent to transfer the call to manager and to say I paid to Travel trolley, hence to sort my issue. I did what the airlines said and eventually reached Norman the team Leader. After I explained the whole story Norman got convinced. He reached Virgin Atlantic on the same day. When I called back after 4days, Norman helped me with Reschedule straight away. Contact Norman if you face any issue with your ticket, hire people like Norman for a company to survive. Customer care team to sort your customer's flight issues do not ask the customer to sort by themselves. Editing:Booking reference DMU728
