Flight bookings are unreliable. Not at all satisfied with the customer service. Never ever booking any flight through them.
Norman called re our booking. He dealt with both my husband and I in a conference call. He Patiently explained about a better flight time. Gave an overview on what actions will be done. And kept in touch with us when he said he would. Lastly for Norman Happy Birthday for next month

Have been booking with them for a while now, so far all was well! Unfortunately this time made a mistake whilst booking and 3 weeks before departure requested them to ammend by just 1 day! Guess how much they quoted? 70% of the total round fare! Joke of the century i say😂
Poorly trained telephone operations giving confusing messages. Please beware:
I booked flight tickets online and then received an Email to say the order could not be processed, and an invitation to phone Travel Trolley, which I did.
The telephone operator said that my flights were no longer available at that price, and she offered me flights at a higher price. I declined this, as it is not the price that I had agreed to, and the telephone operator confirmed that I will receive my full payment back.
I still had not received my payment a day later, so I telephoned this morning and spoke to another operator. This oeprator stated that Travel Trolley had not received my money, which confused me as my bank says that they had. The telephone operator then contacted another department (I think he said it was the payment department) who said that yes Travel Trolley did have my money.
I was pleased to then receive my money back into my bank account soon after this call.
However, please can I give feedback to say that this whole process was very stressful. The telephone operators need extra training in how to talk to people correctly.
The telephone operators seem quite stressed and rushed. They give very fast and rushed answers to questions and they are not clear in communication at all. They are not confident in what they are communicating and I doubt that is their own fault, it is probably a fault of Travel Trolley systems and processes.
This was anxiety provoking for me as a customer when such large amounts of money are being exchanged.
As a customer, it was very anxiety provoking to be told that Travel Trolley had not received my money, when it had clearly been taken from my bank account. It was also stressful and inconvenient to be told that the flights were not available at the price I had agreed.
I booked my ticket for 1st April to go Pakistan with travel trolley
I booked 5 tickets and I paid £.4602.25
They sent me a email after 96 hours we issues your e-ticket but
Next day they sent me a email ring to our customer service
When I ring he talks very rude I give him my reservation number he said I don’t know
He transfer to other parson and he sad you need to pay £110 extra per ticket
If not we cancel your ticket
And they cancel my booking
I would give 0 stars if I could.
I just had a call with a customer service agent named Felix (pretty sure it was a fake name). I enquired about a flight from London to CCJ, which was listed on their website for £1,220. However, the agent told me that the price on their own website was a scam and that the actual fare was £1,440.
I questioned why they would advertise false prices, and instead of addressing my concern, the agent became aggressive and unprofessional. When I asked for his name again so I could report the issue, he refused to provide it unless I repeated the exact fare he had quoted me—clearly trying to prevent me from leaving a review.
@Travel Trolley team, if you care about customer service, I called in at 10:15 AM UK time on April 3rd—feel free to investigate.
I reached out to travel trolley via email to request a a flight reschedule and I was impressed by how quickly the team responded.Norman called me back as soon as possible and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.He was patient and professional and made surely to explain explain options clearly.Thanks to his prompt response and excellent service I was able to get my ticket booked .thanks for making the experience much less stressful than I expected.
I booked a one way flight on short notice (3 days) to Cebu from London. As of a few hours post the money leaving my account I have no confirmation of my flight or even any acknowledgement from Travel Trolley whatsoever of my booking
