CAUTION: Malicious website. Flight bookings are unreliable. Not at all satisfied with the customer service. Never ever booking any flight through them.
Norman called re our booking. He dealt with both my husband and I in a conference call. He Patiently explained about a better flight time. Gave an overview on what actions will be done. And kept in touch with us when he said he would. Lastly for Norman Happy Birthday for next month

BIGGEST TRAVEL AGENCY SCAMMERS this agency is a sham I booked this ticket and entered my middle name as it is written and realised that the middle name was shorten to ASH. I called in about this and i was told that I needed to pay an extra 35£ to rectify this. I tried to explain to them that it was their system that shortened the middle names. Eventually, after a long battle with them over the middle name, they finally said I should send my passport photo and they'll check with the airline and get back to me. However, they did not get back to me, so i went ahead to raise a dispute with my card company, who decided to do a chargeback. After the chargeback, i realised my middle name had been changed and called my bank and cancelled the dispute. i was now called by travel trolley that my flight will be cancelled if i do not make a fresh payment by the next day, however, they decided to cancel my ticket the same day at 4pm. Below are a list of people who have contributed to this act of fraud that the company try to commit against me a vulnerable old lady who is 85 years of age: Manan - this guy cancelled my flight after explaining to me that the money ha Prag - manager who tried to deceitfully extort £35 from me after the system shortened my middle name Gar Norman Lucas Vandana Divyajit
