On nous a fait attendre dehors sous la pluie sous prétexte que la boutique était pleine alors qu’il n’y avait presque personne à l’intérieur Sezane traite mal ses clients Nous faisant croire que nous entrons dans l’exceptionnel , ce qui est loin d’être le cas. On se croirait chez Chanel Technique de marketing grossière consistant à faire attendre sans nécessité les clients à l’extérieur Je n’ai pas voulu attendre sous la pluie je suis partie au bout de 10 mn Lamentable

Review:Disappointed

Review: I ordered a shirt from the Sézane x Andion collection as a belated birthday present, but the experience was very frustrating. At checkout, I was offered a complimentary tote bag, which was one of the reasons I decided to go through with the purchase. However, once I paid, the tote bag disappeared from my order and was not included in the package. On top of that, the personal note I had added for the gift was also missing. I received the response today, and it seemed like I wouldn’t have heard back if another colleague hadn’t stepped in. I was sent a credit yesterday without answers. In the end, I was given an extra 75 kr. in credit, which I do appreciate, and the team was polite once they replied. Still, this was meant to be a special gift, and missing both the note and tote bag made it a very unpleasant and disappointing experience. Please consider this when you’re buying from them!

Exceptional customer service

Exceptional customer service. I forgot to use an expired voucher, but it was reactivated. When I placed my order, a technical error prevented the voucher from being applied, and they credited the amount directly to my credit card. I recommend using their WhatsApp service because it's quick and efficient. Congratulations!

Extremely unhappy with customer service

Extremely unhappy with customer service. Cannot tell you when your order will ship, cannot arrange express delivery after order has been placed even though I was willing to pay extra for it. Said they would to their best to ensure my order would be sent as soon as possible yet it’s been in the ‘preparation’ stage for at least 48 hours. The generic tone of their messages come across as insincere phrases like “I remain at your disposal” feel hollow when no actual solutions are offered. This experience has left me very disappointed and I will not be shopping here again.

Una de mis tiendas favoritas

La experiencia de compra en Sézane es fantástica. Los pedidos llegan en pocos días, siempre en perfecto estado y con un seguimiento informativo muy claro. El proceso de cambio o devolución es sencillo y, además, la primera devolución no tiene coste. Es cierto que, al tener que llegar los artículos a los almacenes de Francia, el reembolso tarda un poco más, pero en todo momento te mantienen informada por email sobre el estado de tu devolución, lo cual da mucha tranquilidad. Soy clienta habitual y sin duda seguiré comprando. Una de mis tiendas favoritas.

Extremely disappointed.

Extremely disappointed. I ordered high ankle boots size 41, and received size 40. All sizes are sold out online, which make some think that size 41 was probably already sold out by the time they came to my order and thought they could wing it by sending me one size below. This is the second time there is an issue with my sezane orders and me receiving the wrong size. This is a waste of time for everyone. The fact that I have to find a damn ups drop off for the return item, even though I ordered the right size but received the wrong one is stupid, when they could just email saying "sorry, your side is actually sold out, we'll send you a refund". It takes me over 1.5h to get to a ups drop off. It's a waste of time I do not have. I won't order through Sezane again. So much for have such great reviews regarding quality items, if we don't receive the sizes we order.

Incompetent, dishonest, overhyped.

Another terrible experience with Sézane. This is the exact same situation as happened last year, that I was assured would not happen again. I placed two orders. My intention was for them both to go to the Paris Saint Fiacre boutique for collection, however when placing the order, the second order kept reverting to Aix-en-Provence. I contacted sezane immediately, requesting that they both went to Paris. I was told that I would have to wait for the second to go to Aix and then they would forward it back to Paris, taking three weeks. I agreed, but asked them to hold on to the first order until the second had arrived for me to collect both at the same time, given that I live internationally. They agreed. Just as they did last year, however, they demonstrated themselves to be totally incapable of upholding their contractual obligations and failed to do this. The items, just like last year, are no longer available. Both orders incurred significant fees on my bank card, being international transactions, for both the order and the return. Their response was to offer me a “free gift” (read, unwanted poor quality wash/ tote bag). They offered to call me, when I refused this. I agreed. They refused to speak to me when I refused to have the call recorded, because apparently, using my call for training is far more important than my right to confidentiality. This follows a highly dishonest practice earlier this year when they refused to refund me a faulty item (see review below), on the basis that they alleged I had never paid for it. It took weeks to resolve this, and they refused to adduce evidence that they said they had proving that I had not. My bank had to intervene, and I am now pursuing a legal complaint, given that they still have not written to me stating the steps they have taken to resolve this. Avoid this company- check all of your transactions with them. They are truly horrendous.

Excellent quality fashionable clothes. I had a problem with a refund and could not believe how quickly the company sorted it out and got rid of the problem for me. I have full confidence in this brand in the goods I purchase and in customer service.

Misleading express shipping – no real solution

I placed an order on August 16 and paid an extra €12 for express shipping (3–4 working days). Today, 20th of August, the order is still in “preparation”. Customer service only replies with generic phrases like “thank you for your understanding” and refuses to offer any real solution. I explained I needed the order before traveling, but they ignored this and kept insisting that “3–4 days” refers only to preparation time, not delivery time – which is not what was advertised when I paid.(I have a screenshot of the delivery time statement and despite I sent them to them, I received no answer!!!) In other words, Sézane charged me for an express service they never intended to provide. Instead of taking responsibility, they dismiss concerns with empty messages and no accountability. This is misleading and disrespectful to customers. Be very careful before paying extra for express shipping – it is not honored.
