Ordine, spedizione e consegna puntualissimi. Ho acquistato un costume e sono soddisfattissima! perfettamente aderente alla foto, la taglia corrisponde e soprattutto di alta qualità. Sono al mio primo acquisto, ma penso proprio di replicare perché ne vale la pena.

J ai commandé en ligne pour une valeur de 475 euro. Le Colis a été marqué livré avec une fausse signature. J ai contacté le service client immédiatement pour les informer que je n avais toujours pas reçu. Chronopost. maintient que cela a été livré. C est tellement décevant , j ai toujours commandé en ligne avec d autres marques et cela n est jamais arrivé.De plus,Sezanne ne prend aucune responsabilité et refuse de rembourser. Victime de son succès ? Ne commander plus chez eux il y a d autres marques bien plus responsable et de meilleur qualité.

Ich habe vor einem Monat einen Cardigan bei Sezane bestellt. Es gab Probleme mit der Zustellung und das Paket wurde retourniert. Seit Wochen schreibe ich mit dem Kundenservice und kriege kein Geld zurück. Insgesamt ist Kundenservice schrecklich und ich würde niemanden empfehlen bei der Marke zu bestellen.

Once again, I did not receive my package. The first time this happened, the tracking information said it was delivered, but it turned out to be at a pickup point. This time, unfortunately, the package is not at any of the pickup points. I contacted both the courier and the store, but no one has replied. I would like to know where exactly my jacket was delivered, especially since I was not at home at the time of supposed delivery. This is very frustrating and unacceptable. I expect a prompt response and a solution.

Ich bin super super zufrieden mit dem Kundenservice! Mir wurde versehentlich zweimal das gleiche Bikini Oberteil geschickt und die Hose vergessen. Der Kundenservice reagiert sofort und schickte mir im Austausch gegen das falsche Oberteil die Hose via Expressversand zu. Der Kontakt war wirklich super schnell, sehr lieb und effizient. Qualität war wie gewohnt spitze

Il mio ordine è arrivato in tempi da record. L’imballo era pressoché eccezionale e di una cura incredibile. Nel mio ordine ho trovato anche una pochette in regalo cosa che ho molto gradito!
