Pakket niet aangekomen

Pakket niet aangekomen, blijven hangen bij DPD, weer retour gegaan. Moet zelf steeds initiatief nemen tot contact. Geen klantvriendelijkheid. Optie gekregen om binnen 24u te reageren dan zou de bestelling weer deze kant op komen…geen mogelijkheid meer om het op een pakketpunt te laten leveren. Weer een week overheen gegaan. Zelf weer voor de zoveelste keer contact gezocht. Blijkt het pakket niet meer te traceren. Geen service. Alleen mailtjes met welke opties er zijn. Maar geen actie en ondertussen veel geld uitgegeven zonder resultaat. Heb het idee dat ze gewoon een standaard protocol afwerken met standaardzinnen. Totaal geen moeite van hun kant. Waardeloos

At first I was really excited, however...

At first I was really excited about this brand, the clothes looked really beautiful on the website and I liked the vision of the brand. However, I ordered a pants of 125 euro and after only two times wearing, the seam of the pocket had come undone and the fabric got worn out already. Since too many months had passed, I couldn’t get a refund from Sézane. They did offer alternative solutions, which was kind, but since I don’t wish to order from Sézane again, that didn’t suit me.

Hello, I don’t recommend Sézane. I bought a trench coat for €260, and after only a few uses, it faded and lost its color. I was shocked at that price, I expected good quality and lasting value. I’m very disappointed, and to make matters worse, I can’t even return it after two months. Now, I don’t feel comfortable wearing it to work—it looks worn out and cheap.

Primark level craftsmanship of footware

Sezane have gone so far downhill that if the labels were hidden, I would assume that their items are from a high street bargain bin, which you could probably get a discount on for damage and flaws. Their £150 Alice Heels in Leopard pony hair are currently on sale for £100. They look like they have been made by Primark, and they have stripped away all protective packaging. I returned one pair 1st Order because of the; * Uneven cutting of the leather, and jagged, messy edges that do not match each other. * The cheap material is noticeably bald in places. * The poor stitching of the shoes mean that the shapes on the left and right shoe do not match each other at the opening of each toe. * One shoe is visibly wider than the other, either due to a previous person stretching one, or the poor craftsmanship outlined already. I generated a return, and ordered a new pair 2nd Order, but waited for the second pair to arrive to ensure that they did not send me the same reject pair. I also wrote to Sezane before they shipped the 2nd order: "Before packing these Alice Heels, please inspect them, to make sure that none of the fabric is worn down around the seams, and cut evenly. ***Please do not send me anything that has been returned by a previous customer, even if it looks unworn, because they may have stretched them out of shape, like the ones I have already had to reject.*** My 2nd Order of Alice Heels were worse, this time: * Without ANY protective tissue padding or stuffing so they are both scratched. * The leather has been cut even more unevenly on the second pair. * The cheap material is more bald in large areas around the seams and across the back of the heel than the first pair. I have already contacted Sezane almost 2 weeks ago and, they failed to respond. And again today. They have ample photographic evidence and choose to remain silent. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IN RESPONSE TO SEZANE'S COMMENT BELOW** Sezane has replied via email and appears to want to make steps to put things right and has assured me that my detailed feedback will be shared internally. Update to follow...

Jamais déçue de Sézane

Je suis une grande fan de Sézane depuis des années Toujours satisfaite et fidèle de cette marque qui a une belle image et qui se remet en question en permanence Je ne suis jamais déçue de mes achats la qualité, les designs, les couleurs tout est magnifique 😍 Coté SAV jamais déçue dès que je les contacte, on me répond rapidement st on me propose toujours une solution Merci pour tout et continuez comme ça Je vous reste fidèle 🫶🏻

The products I received—clothing

The products I received—clothing, shoes, and jewelry—arrived very quickly. They came in beautiful packaging and looked exactly like the photos on the e-shop. I had some trouble when I needed to return an item because my address wasn't recognized by DHL, and I couldn't complete the return form. I had to exchange several emails with your support team, which was really helpful, until we found a solution.I will definitely shop at SEZANE again.

Atrae pero no respeta

En principio me atraía esta marca pero el tema de rebajas tienen fatal . Ayer avisaron sobre nueva compañía de rebajas y hoy lo tienen fatal en su página web : deja de funcionar a cada instante, luego si tienes un pedido ya en tu cesta, no puedes pagarlo .. En fin: gastas mucho tu tiempo para nada. Creo que con esta política de ofertas Sézane muestra poco respeto a sus clientes.

Gestion des archives déplorables.

Gestion des archives déplorables.. déjà habituellement tous les articles sont sold out bien avant l’heure annoncée de lancement mais ce matin aucun accès au site ni à l’appli plus de 2 hautes après l’heure annoncée. Seule communication de Sezane depuis tout ce temps « merci de patienter quelques minutes ». Et pendant ce temps, certaines influences valident leurs paniers et l’annoncent sur leurs réseaux et Sezane supprime les 600 commentaires négatifs reçus sur Insta. Hallucinant…

Die schlechteste…

Die schlechteste online-shopping-erfahrung, die ich je gemacht habe. ich habe seit dem 21. april einen mantel bestellt, und bis heute ist er weder angekommen, noch habe ich eine antwort erhalten. ich könnte fast mit sicherheit sagen, dass diese seite ein betrug ist. aus keinem grund zu empfehlen.

Faulty items and poor customer service

I expected so much more from Sézane. After finally ordering the dress I’d been eyeing for a while and planning to wear for a special event it arrived with a huge tear in one of the most visible spots. For a €175 dress, how does something like this even pass quality control? Isn’t this a brand built on quality? Customer support made things worse. I received generic responses asking me to return the item to get a replacement or refund, meaning I now have to spend MY own time printing labels, repacking the item, and going to the post office, all because of THEIR mistake. Despite explaining that my event was coming up soon, no alternative solution or gesture was offered. Eventually, they agreed to send a replacement, but only after I chased them across multiple platforms. I’m still expected to go out of my way to return the faulty item, including covering printing costs. What should’ve been an exciting purchase turned into stress, delays, and unnecessary effort. The replacement will arrive over a week later than planned, and the whole experience left me disappointed and unlikely to order again.

Extremely Disappointed – Repeated Quality Issues

I’ve never posted a review on Trustpilot before, but after receiving little satisfaction from customer service, I felt it was important to make others aware of this issue. I’ve now had two separate orders in the last 12 months, and both have included faulty items. The first time, it was a trench coat with a hole in the pocket and a cardigan with a pulled thread. I assumed it was a one-off and decided to give the brand another chance. Big mistake. This week, my latest order arrived and one of the items — a skirt — had a large, noticeable stain on the front. For the price point, this level of quality is completely unacceptable. Do these items not go through any kind of quality control? I’ll be returning the order and won’t be shopping here again. It’s incredibly disappointing to be let down more than once. I expected better.
