Bestellprozess und Versand reibungslos. Produktqualität und Kundenservice mangelhaft. Ich habe das Produkt letzten Freitag über das Portal reklamiert und noch keine Antwort erhalten. Die Paula Babies habe ich kaum 5 Monate, trage sie selten, nie bei regen und fast nur im Büro. Die Lackbeschichtung ist mangelhaft und sehr leicht zu beschädigen. Lederinnensohle verrutscht, der Kleber löst sich. Die Zehenspitze ist bereits völlig abgenutzt, das Leder am Absatz ist völlig beschädigt. Beim besten Willen, kann ich solche Qualität bei über 150€ nicht verstehen. Sonst ist das Design schön und bequem, aber ich habe echt aufgepasst und viel gepflegt. Trotzdem schauen sie nach unter 6 Monaten katastrophal aus.

Avis personnel; la marque nous mène clairement en bateau :( Qualité médiocre au premier lavage (je précise : à la main) ce n’est pas du tout qualitatif pour le prix indiqué et les modèles c’est juste un éternel recommencement avec la recup des chutes de tissu encore disponible. Le marketing commercial aussi est dépassé. À peine publiés, les articles sont déjà « dans un autre panier » ou « créer une alerte ». PS: vous ne serez jamais alerté ! D’autres marques plus abordables qualitatifs et prix plus bas existent.

Une marque que j’affectionne tout particulièrement. Cela étant je viens de faire le point sur certaines de mes retours de commandes web faits depuis plusieurs mois et je constate que bcp d’entre elles n’ont pas été remboursées à ce jour.

Amazing expérience

I ordered a sweater, which arrived very quickly and was beautifully packaged. I already own several of their items and have been satisfied with them. However, upon inspection, I noticed that the back of the neckline is poorly sewn in two places. I contacted customer support. They offered me the option to take the sweater to a tailor of my choice and pay for the repair myself, after which they would reimburse me with store credit in the amount of the tailoring invoice. This is outrageous. It means I have to repair the sweater at my own expense. This is also against EU consumer protection laws. It is downright ridiculous and insulting to their customers! It clearly shows that they don’t care about their customers. Never again!
