Realice 3 cruceros con Princess, el primero en 2023, a Islas Britanicas en el Regal, 15 dias. el segundo en 2024, trasatlantico en el Sun Princess 17 dias, el ultimo en junio 2025, fiordos, en el Emerald, 17 dias. En el ultimo note una baja muy importante en calidad de espectaculos y comida. Estos 2 itens para los cruceristas son importantes. Los espectaculos con excepcion de una cantante, creo que se llamaba Lynda Evans, mediocres. Un hipnotizador que se veia claramente el engaño y encima lo repitieron. Un coro y musical de los propios tripulantes, imaginense. Y otros por el estilo. La comida. Mucha comida de olla y aspecto regular para abajo, los primeros dias habia salmon, despues lo remplazaron por otros pescados de regular preparacion. Carne poco. Fruta siempre verde. Postres repetitivos. Un dia nos ofrecian croisants del dia anterior. Y varios dias faltaron. Entre los puertos, habia 3, de pequeños pueblitos con muy poco interes. Hubiera sido ideal, sacar por lo menos 2 e incluir 2 dias en Oslo. He viajado en MSC, Norwegian, Celebrity y pense que en Princess habia encontrado mi naviera Premium. No es mas una compañia premium.

We booked the Princess Premier Package…

We booked the Princess Premier Package and for 2 days now they've blocked my stepsons medallion insisting he can only buy non alcoholic drinks. He's 28 years old!! The ship is tired and a lot smaller cabins than other cruiselines we've used. Spent more time at guest services than enjoying the actual cruise

policy problem

The cruise experience itself was actually pretty good. The problem I have with them is a policy issue. My fiancee works for an airline and is able to get travel discounts, which she used to book the cruise. After booking I was looking at the Princess website and realized they offer a military/veterans onboard credit. As a vet I thought this was great. I went through the verification process and waited for my credit to be applied. And waited, and waited. I decided to call customer service to see why the credit hadn't been applied. I was told because my fiancee booked with her discount that I wasn't entitled to the veteran's credit. I'm not sure what one has to do with the other, but I hope Princess addresses this in the future.

Poor security majestic

I'm so surprised to a company like princess has so many issues with customer safety, with insecure rooms, witnessed customers being attacked infront of staff, two other incidents that almost led to attacks in front of staff who in the staff words "didn't want to involve security as the head gets angry" which i can 100% relate to with his dismissive and confrontational attitude when we tried to reported our concerns with not locking rooms, the green unlocked light stays on even when you are out of sight of your cabin, allowing anyone behind you to enter your room without your knowledge, apparently not a problem from the head of ship security (you won't be covered on insurance) repeated entertainment and menu if on for over a week, dirty plates and napkins left on buffet tables, not to mention the movement sensor light in the cabin that comes on if you go to the bathroom at night and lights the whole room without being able to turn it off.

I wish I could give zero stars

I wish I could give zero stars, but since I have to select something, I selected 1 star and here's why. My decision to select Princess cruise is one of the worst choices that I could have ever made in terms of selecting a cruise line. For starters, I already had a bad feeling about this cruise line when it seemed as if none of the reps knew their jobs and kept providing wrong information. For instance, I had to call (3) different reps to ask what port I was supposed to arrive at and absolutely NONE of them knew the answer! But, let's back up even before that point, and discuss the "medallions" that are supposed to be ordered before your cruise. I placed an order for the "medallions" using their app and received an order confirmation number. So, I'm thinking all was well and that I'd receive the medallions in the mail as I was told by the rep. Of course not! When I called the customer service line to inquire about the status of the medallions and to see if they had shipped, I was told that they didn't even have record that I had ever even ordered them in the first place! Of course, the rep offered to order them for me at a price of $10.00...lol. What a joke! Then, let's get to the point of me almost thinking that I was going to go on a cruise to discover that princess cancelled out EVERYTHING with only a 48 hour notice and then had the audacity to offer a measly 25% future cruise credit! Yea, like I would ever deal with those jokers again. If anyone is considering dealing with Princess Cruise Line please read the reviews first and take them serious. These people are nickle and dime hustlers and they will totally ruin your vacation plans. I would seriously look elsewhere if I were you.

Disgraceful company

Dreadful service from this cruise company. We couldn’t look at our statement the night before we got off the ship because they closed the account. When I got home I had a charge for drinks on my credit card even though I had the drinks package. I’ve emailed them twice and they have ignored them. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Princess cancelled our cruise with less…

Princess cancelled our cruise with less than two days notice due to “mechanical issues” We were already enroute from California to Texas to catch the ship. They offered a 25% future cruise credit for the “inconvenience” Royal Caribbean had a similar situation last month and gave 5 days notice and a 100% future cruise credit. I have been on 9 cruises with Princess but I’m done with them.

Worst customer service

Worst customer service. We were told we had unlimited specialty dining, had it in writing from them and they refused to honor it. There is a GI outbreak currently onboard and we didn't want to eat at the standard restaurants because of it. We said we would even pay more to add it (even though they told us it was included) and because it was day 3 of the cruise they told us we were too late. Conversations keep disappearing from the app, as do reservations and then times are no longer available. Apart from guest relations and customer service, other staff seem nice. I cleaned our room when we first got here because they didn't do a great job--there was hair on the chair at the vanity, surfaces hadn't been wiped clean. The beds are comfortable. It says there was a refresh 4 years ago but everything seems very old and worn. I know they were bought by carnival awhile back. Perhaps it's become worse since. We will not be cruising this line again.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Was told incorrect information when trying to book a cruise from a cancelled booking you cannot get hold of anyone to sort this out and they have promised to get back to us since last week with no calls even though we have called three times a day to get them to call us back. You cannot speak to a manager they said they are not contactable !!!!!!!!!

Princess is worst CF EVER!!!!

Before we even sailed it was one CF after another! I booked in April 2024. Ordered our medallions in April 2024. They didn't mail my sons. Took over an hour in line to get a credit card thingy to go wait in line again on the boat to get his medallion. They didn't have his pkg on his medallion. Laundry on our floor wasn't working, machine took my $ but didn't give me my coins TWICE, charged us for dinners that were part of our Premium pkg, took 3 DAYS to finally get charges off. Charged us extra for gratuity when we HAD the Premium pkg, charged us for bus shuttle when we took a cab, food was terrible. WORST CRUISE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, WASTE OF $ EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Princess Cruises Lies

Princess Cruises left us very disappointed. We were given a quote for a cruise and paid the requested down payment. However, when we went to pay for the cruise we were asked to pay more than 15% more ($1500) no one at Princess could tell us why. Or let us booked for the price promised. This is complexity unacceptable and a dishonest business practice. We will not be cruising with Princess. I recommend that others proceed with caution with this company.

Absolutely horrific customer service

Absolutely horrific customer service. Haven't even been on the cruise yet and they have messed me around something terrible. Booked a dinner reservation for NYE, got charged for it despite having the premier package (2 speciality restaurants included). Over a month later and multiple hours on the phone, they finally sort out a refund but only after I cancelled it. Reportedly I would be able to re-book it, but alas! The time requested was no longer available, they couldn't add us onto the other family member we are sailing with who already had a booking and so I had to book a time slot 20mins later and STILL pay a fee! I will not be sailing with Princess cruises again and am strongly considering cancelling the next cruise booked. Customer service sounds like a robot reading from a script, which of course they are. They don't listen and aren't able to give any actual help. Waste of time and energy, and I have never posted a bad review of anything in my life.

Princess cruises customer service is…

Princess cruises customer service is waste of space. Unable to speak to anyone to solve issues and each person gives different responses or just hangs up on you. Believe the main issue is that their App. is not fit for purpose. We have sailed many times with Princess and the App. just seems to get worse. Things that work one day don't the next. When Princess have taken money by mistake it is very difficult to get a refund although they are quick to take a payment. Don't ever book anything on the App. If you are not 100% certain or getting a refund takes a long time!
