Super comfortable and great looking summer sandals
Easy order.
Hotter Shoes has room for improvement based on customer feedback. Customers particularly appreciate service and quality, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.
Easy order.
My experience was made great by customer service because when I tried two credit cards they were rejected. Rang customer service and gave my order over the phone, no problem. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and polite.
ο»Ώ I was delighted to buy a pair of Hotter βFlareβ sandals for the first time; they fit well and are much prettier than todayβs clumpy styles. However, they have engraved rubber soles, which are dangerous when the wearer makes sudden turns on certain flooring, including carpets. Iβve alarmingly lost my balance twice on my vinyl kitchen floor as the sandals stick on the surface, and they are heavier to wear than other sandals with smooth composite soles. Although they fit well I became uncomfortably aware of my feet when spending the day wearing them recently. This drawback is such a shame as Iβd have bought another pair in a different colour, but for me they are a waste of money.
I had a pair of hotter shoes brought as a present. They looked lovely but the first time I wore them the rubber soles fell apart. I emailed hotter and told them what had happened but they were not at all interested and I got palmed off . I have purchased a few pairs of there shoes in the past and been happy with them . I didn't want a refund just the shoes replaced but they would not do that so I won't be buying from them again not good customer service.

My husband and I both bought a pair of Hugo shoes with the help of Scott who was very helpful and his product knowledge was first class. We will definitely be returning to Hotters of Eastbourne.

products are good but delivery service poor. twice now i have ordered shoes and paid extra for next day delivery. and twice i have had to phone an complain. fair enough the extra charge was refunded but that isnt the point. i placed the order by phone and when asked who was the courier i was told it was EVRI. both times it wasnt, it was royal mail. as i told the very nice lady when i complained, it has rather put me off buying from hotter again. i live right on the pavement and have nowhere to leave a parcel. my neighbours arent in to take a parcel either. i deliberately pay for next day delivery so i can make sure i am in. i then had to shift my day around the next day to be in for the parcel. really not impressed

HotteΕ shoes are very expensive. But they last a long time. The trainer selection is excellent, but sadly some either don't have half sizes or wide fitting. Some of them are also only available in two dark colours, instead of the selection of colours under standard fit. But, I do love them. WELL WORTH BUYING

I received shoes I had ordered - but they sent another pair of shoes in the same bag - meant for another customer. 2nd time this has happened. I emailed them straightaway but have received no response. They obviously don't care whether this other person gets their order or not.

My sister has worn hotter shoes for many many years.Because of her difficulties I always ensure she has several pairs of shoes available. She has just changed winter shoes to lighter ones for spring, the pair she has taken out of the storage trunk have just disintegrated, this pair have been stored out of sunlight and dust and have hardly been worn, my sister is not heavy on shoes and hardly ever wears shoes out. I am so disappointed given the number ofHotters shoes we have bought over the years. These shoes are not advertised as disposables and are yet another item going to landfill.

If there were a no star option I'd choose that. I've had to return a faulty pair of Hotter boots, as the zip on the left boot would not zip up when the boot was on. I did not return them within 30 days, as I had no occasion to wear them in that period. I bought them because they are waterproof, so waited for wet weather. Rachel of customer services called to tell me there was nothing wrong with them & they are being sent back to me. She claimed that quality control said there was nothing wrong. She refused to let me speak to qc, stating there is no phone in the warehouse. What a ridiculous response. She claimed that she had tried the boot on & was able to zip it up & I explained that was fine for her, but the zip will not zip up for me. There is a visible dent/crease at the inside ankle which Rachel stated she couldn't see,yet it is quite evident, so that is just arguing. I also said she cannot compare her leg to mine & I said my ankle & calf could be fatter than hers, at which point she stated yes they must be. I told her that was incredible rude. She refused a replacement or refund, but I am quite entitled to a replacement pair or a refund under the sale of goods act & when the useless items get back to me, I shall pursue that. In the meantime I suggest if you buy from Hotter, go to a shop, as online is a rip off. I will never buy from this company again, nor will I recommend them after this experience.

I ordered a pair of Quake shoes, wide EEE fitting, size 6, in French Navy, on line and they were delivered recently. I have worn this style of shoe or similar for a number of years, since breaking my hip in 2021 and I have the right shoe built up to compensate for being shorter on the right leg now. They fit OK, BUT the ankle strap is half an inch shorter than all my previous pairs! Why do this to a wide-Fit shoe? They just about fasten, and look awful, and the Velcro fastening catches on my trousers. This seems such a penny-pinching thing to do. I have written to Mike Lester CEO of Woolovers, and I will see if I get a reply. Don't take over a good firm and make it bad!

Delivery and packaging was good but the fit is very wide, and the ballet pump loses all elegance by the embellishment with a granny-style ditsy border. Return postage costs not reimbursed. I was irritated to receive an unsolicited email from Feefo to write a product review, which then attempted to lure me into providing personal data to be selected into a consumer campaign. Fortunately I checked Trust Pilot reviews of Feefo, and learnt it is a borderline scam where only positive reviews are published and negative reviews are clipped. Shame on Hotter for using them.
