I had a pair of hotter shoes brought as…

I had a pair of hotter shoes brought as a present. They looked lovely but the first time I wore them the rubber soles fell apart. I emailed hotter and told them what had happened but they were not at all interested and I got palmed off . I have purchased a few pairs of there shoes in the past and been happy with them . I didn't want a refund just the shoes replaced but they would not do that so I won't be buying from them again not good customer service.

Rubbish wash still mud on rims around wheels

Very dissapointing wash , car was still muddy around the bottom of it and around rims . This was the first bad wash that i have had wirh them . Hopefully not a sign of things to come.
