Update on my hazeltons Canada experience….. though they refused to answer any of the questions about the quality of the product , or the company’s standards for delivery of the product …… and refused to give any refund ( fruit was mouldy and over ripe …. Was in transit for 5 days from west coast bc ?to Saskatchewan ) ….. I paid via PayPal ….. and filed a grievance with them ……. I won my case , and was awarded the refund ……. I was only asking for 35 dollars …… to be honest I should of asked for a lot more ….. but I just wanted a small compensation for the poor quality , and to be treated as a valued customer , a little respect , a simple sorry about your experience……… but they refused …. They lost a paying customer, they lost any potential customers from family , friends , recommendations, they possibly lose customers who might read my reviews on sites ….. and I get my small refund anyway …… way to go hazeltons ……
