Delivery Policy
I placed an order with instructions that my gift was being delivered to a school with the hours of operation in which someone would be able to receive the gift. The gift was delivered after school hours with no one able to receive it. I was told that I would have to pay a 20% redelivery free with no guarantee that it would be delivered during the hours of operation(which I had clearly stated). I was also told that I had the option of receiving a refund with a 40% deduction for a restocking fee. Had I been contacted prior to delivery and informed that the delivery would not be possible with the operating hours of the school, I could have made arrangements. I was only able to contact the company view email- The customer service manager was not empathetic to the fact that this was a school delivery. When I asked to speak to someone above him. I was told that there is no phone number that could be shared to contact a representative. The customer service manger informed me that he could not share a mailing address or email, so I could speak their supervisor. A stressful and anxiety filled experience, with a special person not receiving their end of year gift.
