If there was a zero stars, this company would receive that. I ordered the basket on Thursday night with the wrong shipment. Never realizing that the shipping rate was more than the basket (shipping was $104 and the basket $89). I immediately attempted to cancel the order, there was no option and customer service was closed. I sent an email directly following and called the next morning at the exact time customer service opens, 9am ET. And was told that I could receive credit for the order but she will need to speak with the manager and then comes back on the phone to tell me there is nothing she can do but the manager will email me. She promised me that I’d receive a response. I never received a response. 4 emails, 3 phone calls, no help. I hope your company shuts down. Do not order from them.
