I ordered a special birthday package for my friend Dec 12th, a week before her special day Dec 18th, to ensure it arrived on time since we are all on lockdown and can’t celebrate as we would normally. I had my friend’s husband on lookout duty all day so that it wasnt left outside or taken away again. I was sent a ‘your package has shipped’ notice on Dec 17th, so felt optimistic.
Bottom line is that the shipping notice referred only to the shipping label being created- nothing was given to the shipper til 19:20 pm on December 18, the day it was supposed to be delivered. Because that was a Friday, the package sat in the shipping warehouse (presumably) all weekend and did not appear until the afternoon of Dec 21. The delivery was also missing the additional flowers I ordered, and they have never turned up, despite the substantial extra amount I paid for them.
Meantime I had been calling and emailing Hazeltons’ customer service and trying to use their live chat since early Friday - to which I have still not had any response, by the way. Very disappointed in the whole process and in the supposedly high ratings I carefully checked before ordering from them - but as my friend’s husband said, perhaps they bought the ratings? My message overall is extremely disappointed with the product, the cost, the missing flowers, the service and the lack of accountability or follow up. Never again, and nor will my friends and followers after I have passed along this experience. Very poor showing, Hazeltons
