NO customer Service Whatsoever!
I placed an order for some wine to be delivered to a bunch of people that I work with. I painstakingly put in all the information and placed the order. I got back a $0 invoice/receipt. When I emailed them to ask, someone responded and said that there was a system error but the orders were recorded and they would deduct the money from the credit card. I then emailed back to that person to ask for a proper invoice showing the full amount being charged. I emailed several times with no response. I have NEVER been able to speak to anyone on the phone and I have sent in several "tickets" as well and get an email saying it has been received and someone will call me back but have not heard anything from anyone! Thankfully all my people received their wine but now I have a credit card payment for my boss that cannot be reimbursed because we have no receipt... I am EXTREMELY disappointed - this place doesn't even deserve the one star. The only reason I gave that is because the people did indeed get their wine.
