HORRIFIC!

So... let’s start with the fact that my gift basket didn’t even come with a... BASKET. Then, it was a day late, which I had to push to find out any information about at all. Luckily, there was a nice customer service representative who helped me as much as he could. Anyhow, it came late. So then, it finally shows up. It seemed fine at first, but when the recipient opened the box, she noticed how the cupcake box was tipped to the side, so we were already worried. We continued opening it, and most of it was fine... except there wasn’t even a basket? I was quite embarrassed that I’d sent a gift basket with no basket. So she took the stuff out and we got to the end and there were a NUMBER of things missing. Considering the gourmet food items were $40 of the whole $100 you’d expect much more, and of course I did because 4 things I had selected just weren’t there. Ok... let’s move onto the cupcakes. Wow. This was shocking. When the recipient opened the box, the cupcakes were destroyed, completely destroyed. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. Do not recommend.
