I guess I should have looked on this…

I guess I should have looked on this site. I was charged an additional $30 for a remote delivery charge. No mention of this when I placed the order or they took my payment. Emailed the company and they say it was in the fine print. Not impressed at all

BUYERS BEWARE

I am so disappointed with a birthday basket which I had ordered for my daughter. When she received it, the cake was completely ruined and smashed. One of the two bottles of wine I ordered was incorrect. I ordered five cheeses to be included in the basket but there were only two. Needless to say, I was very disappointed and embarrassed about what I thought would be a fabulous birthday gift. Given the amount I paid, I expected so much more than what was received. When contacted, the company offered nothing to make up for the missing items or smashed cake. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Also, they delete any negative reviews from their Facebook page.

Crooks

Crooks, I ordered a Carrot cake. Instead they delivered a moldy cheese cake. Added a singing balloon to the order. Wasn't delivered. Spent $20 shipping to get it there on time. Was delivered 4 days later. Sent a number of emails to the company. No refund, saying must read their terms and conditions statement. The company doesn't take any responsibility for their crappy service. Do not order from this company!!!!!!!!!!!!! You will regret it if you do.

Worst bunch of frauds

Worst bunch of frauds I see that this company doesn't post all reviews as several customers have reported this company as being fraudulent, including myself. I ordered a beautifully pictured chocolate covered strawberry basket as a gift and they got something completely different that was no where near the same value. They claim that they will substitute due to availability but this was the second time they did this with the exact same piece of crap I didn't order. No refund, no explanation, no attempt of trying to satisfy expectations. DO NOT USE THESE FRAUDS! You will never get what you paid for. The entire company should be sued.

Expensive, yet bad.

Their products are so expensive, and yet when the cake and cupcakes were delivered to the destination, they were completely destroyed. They cakes were all smashed. The plants in the Nature's Bounty basket were wilted and dry. Please do not order from here. PLEASE!

Avoid whatever you do

Avoid whatever you do. I sent a fruit basket to a friend. The fruit was rotten. Brown. Oozing. Disgusting. You try and send someone you care about a token of fondness and they literally sent a basket of rotten fruit. Absolutely disgraceful. You contact customer service and they don’t care at all. No refunds. No apology. Nothing. And they are not cheap. Have never actually dealt with a company like them. They are actually a rip off. I think they sell these rotten goods on purpose to unsuspecting clients for huge profit.

Awful - don't buy from this company

I ordered over $100 worth of stuff to be delivered for my mom's Birthday. The cake arrived in a complete mess and items were missing from the order. I contacted customer service and they basically said too bad so sad - that can happen in transit. Don't offer a product to be delivered if you have no pride in how it arrives to your customers. Would never recommend or use this service again.

Catfish

I wish I had found these reviews sooner. This was the WORST more DISAPPOINTING experience. Not a single item I ordered was included in the basket. I understand a subsitition may be required for an item or 2 - but all? and for lower quality items????? Even the basket was substituted for a piece of cardboard! Customer service just said - too bad, you accepted the terms. No refund, no discount. Enraging. One of the worst consumer experiences I've ever had.

Hazelton's is the WORST

This is the worst company from whom to order. The cake I ordered was delivered completely destroyed. The shipping indicated it would arrive on the 3rd, and didn't arrive until the 9th. Do NOT order from this company.

Do not use this website!

I ordered a bottle of red wine, truffles and a set of wine tools in a handsome wooden case on the website. What was received, 3 days late, was a snipe of prosecco, crackers and 2 truffles. I cannot express how mortified I was as this was sent as a gift. The response to my compliant was that from time to time substitutions are made: A snipe is not a substitute for a bottle Prosecco is not a substitute for red wine Crackers are not a substitute for a set of wine tools in a handsome wooden case 2 truffles is a very measly offering The company has confirmed no refund or replacement order would be honored but ended the email with the comment "we will make sure you have a better experience next time with us"! Very poor customer service and I too feel like I have been scammed.

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE! They didn’t send all the items I paid for, customer service is horrible there are no live operators! after 4 emails they finally got back to me only to say they’re no responsible for items damaged during shipping ( no Mofos you never sent it). Bottom line they’re crooks!

New York Spirits Basket- Excellent Choice

My New York Spirits gift basket was beautiful and arrived on time. Substitutions were suitable including brand of upgraded whiskey. Recipient was thrilled. It was a thank you gift to my spouse for looking after me through broken hip so I saw the basket and knew what I had ordered. I was completely satisfied. This basket contains no perishable goods.

BBB Rating of F is for a reason. Stay away!

Order was placed on September 2, 2020 that was supposed to be delivered that day or the following day. The message on the confirmation I received on September 2, 2020 was, "Your shipment is out for delivery. Your shipment is on the delivery truck out for delivery- expect it to arrive today. If you still haven't received it in the next 2 days, please contact us." On September 3 I received a notice that my shipment was being prepared for delivery. Despite repeated messages advising the company that the recipients were leaving town for 2 weeks on the 5th, they refused to do anything and today the package was delivered by FedEx and left at the door where it will noW sit for 2 weeks. They refuse to do anything about it.

Incredibly shocked and flabbergasted

Incredibly shocked and flabbergasted by the gift they sent to my in laws for their baby girl. We were embarrassed when we saw the photos of the products received. Charged us $200 extra for product that they didn't sent. The 'substitute' products were cheap and of poor quality. Their so called policy is unjust. They can send any crap without having to refund you anything. We have flagged with PayPal for refund.

No customer service

If I could give a zero star review I would. In the fine print it apparently says they can substitute without notice. So they felt it appropriate to substitute about $80 worth of chocolate and cheese because they were perishable and replace it will $5 worth of cheap fruit, also perishable. I ordered cupcakes which were carelessly packaged and arrived as one big mess. They made me jump through hoops before they would even respond to my complaint, which was to say they thought the substitution was fair. Deal with them at your peril.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I received NONE of the Beer ( 12 ) that I ordered NOR did any of the cheese that I ordered arrived in the based yet I will still charged $400 dollars. Didn't arrive on time either. I am filing a police report and asking for Paypal to recind their payment. This company needs to be stopped. Why hasn't this company been shut down yet??

DO NOT ORDER through this company!!

DO NOT ORDER through this company!! This should be a Zero rating. These people should not be operating. They should be reported for fraudulent practices. My order was placed on 18th August for delivery 23rd August. Their order site said 4 days. They used UPS- which said 5 days guaranteed. Still not delivered as of 3rd September! My many emails have been ignored and the only response I get is that has my item now has been delivered-and please rate us! It has NOT been delivered and now today another email from them saying it has been delivered and also advising me of the new tracking number -now apparently with FEDX- this is all bogus, and an attempt by this company to delay a refund and acknowledgment of my emails. There is no tracking report with this FEDX number-which by the way shouldn’t apply anyway- as they say in the today’s email that the item has been delivered ? They are a totally crooked company. I have submitted a PayPal refund, but this company should be reported to Fair Trade.
