TrĂšs déçue par mon expĂ©rience avec Foot Locker. J’ai commandĂ© une paire de chaussures le 17 mai pour un cadeau Ă  offrir Ă  l’étranger. La livraison a Ă©tĂ© lente, la livraison catastrophique, le retour encore plus. Le colis a Ă©tĂ© reçu chez eux le 10 juin, et Ă  ce jour, toujours pas de remboursement. 119 € bloquĂ©s sans aucune nouvelle. Je comprends qu’il y ait des dĂ©lais, mais tout le processus est lent et opaque. Service client peu rĂ©actif, et aucune information claire. C’est dommage pour une enseigne de cette taille. Je ne recommanderai pas et ne repasserai pas commande.

Totaal geen service

Dus wanneer je een pakketje retour stuurt na te hebben gelezen dat het 14 dagen duurt eer verwerkt en geld terug gestort krijgen en je vervolgens geen enkel bericht van ontvangst krijgt maar bellen. Vertellen ze je doodleuk dat het een maand kan duren voor je je centen terug hebt. Hier bestel ik never nooit meer! Totaal geen enkele service en een dikke middelvinger naar de betalende klant. Weer één klant minder, lekker bezig.... Not

I really recommend you do not buy from this company. Received runners clearly defective - sent videos and photos - did not want money back, just a replacement pair and while they said they "might" the timeline and process was so long that I had to buy new ones else where - in my view do not buy from this company/website

Bar slechte service!

Slechte kennis voor schoen advies, en valse informatie, weinig vooraad, mag geen geld terug ook al zijn deze niet gebruikt, wel kadobon, maar alleen 2x ruilen. Dus 150€ de lucht in, ik ga er niet meer heen en zal het iedereen afraden!

the staff said to me that they would


the staff said to me that they would have the shoes in on monday, went down that day then they said either Tuesday or wednesday, went down again they said should have it by friday. its friday now and there saying they dont have it. if use r looking to buy from them i wouldn’t in my opinion its a waste of time.

Absolutely appalling customer service.

Absolutely appalling customer service. No telephone line to make contact. Chat bot which says it open between 7am and 11pm when entering all the information into chat box message appears that the chat is closed at 9am I have an item which has not been delivered since April and you provide no service so I can get this resolved

Less than 1 star the staff on chat are


Less than 1 star the staff on chat are rude noone has a clue and they think that waiting 2 weeks for 2 pairs of trainers is acceptable. 1st time using footlocker and I tell you what never again.i cancelled the order and they still say it's coming so will just send it back. Do not use this company I'll be going back to jd sports next day delivery and great customer service

Raffles

How do they let you win a raffle only to send you an email a few days later saying your order has been canceled due to lack of product ,really I would think you would at least have what you raffle off and if I had know I wasn't going to receive the product I would have tried to purchase it at another store but thanks to footlocker I don't have my son's birthday present so footlocker thanks for nothing and ruining my gift

NEVER EVER AGAIN

If I could give 0 starts I Would, I am EXTREMELY disappointed, I had ordered 2 shoes, however they were for some reason made into separate shipments. I have received one of the shoes today, and they were all DIRTY and USED. there was black scuff marks all over the shoes, additionally the sticker in one shoe was not there, whilst the other shoe has stickers on it. The shoes that were sent to me were not new they were used. I have taken photos of this, and reported to customer services, however I am still very upset and disappointed as this was not even for me, these shoes I had ordered were for my husband, as a gift for Eid which will take place this week Friday. I am so angry with this, this has caused me significant distress. My husband is also very upset about this situation. when you order shoes from any company, you'd expect to receive it in the best quality. I was purchasing new shoes, not used shoes. What kind of customer service is this. NEVER EVER AGAIN. If I could attach photos I would. Not only were the shoes used, the packaging was also damaged, the box was half teared. I don't understand how a company like footlocker who claims they check the packages before dispatching it would allow this to happen, it is ridiculous and outrageous.

Vandaag in de winkel in Den Haag geholpen door Rosie (hopelijk schrijf ik haar naam goed) Wat me opviel aan haar was haar enthousiasme en haar voortdurende lach. Ze heeft me goed geholpen en geadviseerd. Zeer professioneel met een vleugje humor.

Jordans opeens niet voorradig

Jordans online via footlocker besteld voor mij en dezelfde voor mijn zoontje via nike. De schoenen van mijn zoontje zijn binnen en nu krijg ik een mail van footlocker na 2 weken dat de mijne opeens niet voorradig zijn. Nu heb ik mijn zoontje zijne voor niets gekocht. Oplichters!!

Pas de suivit avec foot locker

Pas livrer correctement avec ups qui prĂ©fĂšre livrer en point relais que de sonner aux portes . Mais foot locker ne peut rien faire, Ă  vous de vous dĂ©merder pour aller rĂ©cupĂ©rer votre colis Ă  plusieurs kilomĂštre de chez vous , Ă  vous de gĂ©rer les choses avec ups mais appel sur taxe (donc Ă  vos frais prix d'un appel local plus 80 cts par minutes ).ni ups ni foot locker ne rembourse ils ne veulent rien entendre . A dĂ©conseille fortement mĂȘme Ă  bannir

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I’ve received from Foot Locker. I placed an order which I never received, and despite multiple attempts to contact customer support, I have not received any meaningful assistance. Each time I’ve reached out, I’ve either been ignored, redirected without answers, or given vague responses that do not resolve the issue. It is unacceptable that a company of this size cannot properly track an order or take responsibility when something goes wrong. I expected better communication, accountability, and a resolution—whether it be a refund or a replacement. Instead, I’ve been left frustrated and without the product I paid for. I hope this matter is taken seriously, as I would not want other customers to go through the same experience.

Hago un pedido el día 28 por la mañana y me pone que llega en 72 horas... se dan por enterados el día 30 y ahora dice que ya me llega el día 5....era para un regalo, gracias por jodermelo, ah y no vale ni un cupon de descuento, todo mentira.

Finding basketball shoes


We were hunting for basketball shoes for teenage girls and after trying on lots of pairs in lots of different stores, came across Taylan in the Melbourne City Footlocker store. He gave us terrific, impartial advice that assisted significantly with our decision and we ended up with a fantastic pair of shoes. Thanks to Taylan and Footlocker.

I placed my order on 16th May 2025

I placed my order on 16th May 2025, paid in full and received an email stating 2 - 6 working days with a tracking link which could not find my parcel. I kept an eye on it then on the 6th working day I received an email stating due to the bank holiday all orders were running delayed by another 2 - 3 working days, again tracking app still couldnt find my order. I have by now used the online chat service firstly to be told the order was being shipped from the Netherlands and the tracking link will not work till the order is recevied in the UK, then secondly I requested a complaint to be logged and on which was not logged. I have since called twice firstly to check status which they did not know, and again ask why I have received no feedback on my complaint to be told they would log it. 2 working days on from the last call and 10 working days in total still no feedback. I have again today called to ask for a refund, to be told they can not process my refund as they can not locate my parcel only when they do can they process my refund. I asked about the complaint which I was told again today they can only note it from 2 working days ago (not the last day it was due for delivery and exceed the timeframe) that the management team will contact me in a further 5 - 10 working day, which I have no faith on whatsoever. I am stuck in a situation now where I have not received my order it is well overdue the timescale and the company cant even locate it either but wont refund me also. I will never order from this company again.
