Nike tn voor mijn zoontje gekocht na een week nog niet binnen! Word nog steeds verwerkt als ik op bestelnummer ga controleren Waardeloos adverteren met 2-4 dagen binnen. Word niet waargemaakt we zijn een week verder en nog geen track en trace of wanneer ik het product ontvang. Bij Communicatie komt er geen mens aan te pas. WAARDELOOS!

Disappointed! Posting False Information

Disappointed!! I ordered May 17th, and last week it showed on the portal that the package will be delivered on the 20th then rescheduled to 21st. I kept on updating my order through customer service because it always say "ON ITS WAY". At first, they told me that my package was delivered to the warehouse of Envoi, I called envoi and they denied it. 2nd-4th call, they said wait until May 28th for the delivery. Today, May 29th, I called again to follow up. they informed me that my package was lost and will process refund or exchange of item. Unprofessional team! they waited until today to tell me it was lost.

Dopo l’esperienza negativa al negozio di foot locker a Porta di Roma per via dei commessi Incompetenti. Provo ad ordinare il prodotto nel loro sito. Peggio che mai tracciatura nulla ancora attendo la spedizione. Credo che ormai ci sia poco da commentare parlano le recensioni nei loro confronti.

Déçu

Bonjour, j’ai Ă©tĂ© trĂšs déçue du service chez Foot Locker, je suis venue rendre une paire de basket New Balance portĂ©e une seule fois car elle m’a fait des ampoules a l’arriĂšre des pieds suite Ă  un dĂ©faut des baskets et le vendeur a refusĂ© de me reprendre la paire et a Ă©tĂ© dĂ©sagrĂ©able sous prĂ©texte de les avoir portĂ© une fois. Je lui ai bien expliquĂ© que forcĂ©ment si je ne les avais pas portĂ© je n’aurai pas eu ce problĂšme donc fallait bien les porter
 inadmissible , le vendeur ne s est pas intĂ©ressĂ© Ă  mon problĂšme mais plus au fait qu il ne pouvait pas revendre la paire ( paire portĂ© une seule fois et rendu une semaine aprĂšs, la paire impeccable) j ai voulu ĂȘtre honnĂȘte en disant que je les avais portĂ© une fois et voilĂ  le rĂ©sultat! C est la premiĂšre fois que j achĂšte chez eu et la derniĂšre fois Je vais contacter le service client Je n’ai jamais eu de souci chez Nike ou Courir chez qui j achĂšte habituellement ou d autres d ailleurs.

Major issue with delivery

I had a major issue with delivery of a pair of shoes I bought online. I called and emailed Customer Service. They were extremely understanding, professional and resolved the matter in a very timely fashion. So appreciative...thanks Irene! Will definitely continue shopping at Foot Locker!

Crooks

I have been using the same card and billing details for years. All of a sudden after acquiring 100's of thousands of FLX points. My ORDERS kept getting cancelled, ang agents i have talk in Dozens passed me to each other but cannot do anything because its their system, then where should I go? Can i hit your systems head literally so it will wake up????

J’ai commandĂ© une paire de New Balance sur le site de Foot Locker et Ă  la rĂ©ception, j’ai Ă©tĂ© trĂšs choquĂ© par l’état du produit : traces de colle apparentes, finitions grossiĂšres, dĂ©tails qui ne correspondent pas Ă  ce qu’on attend d’un article authentique. Franchement, tout donnait l’impression qu’il s’agissait d’une contrefaçon. Je ne peux pas affirmer avec certitude que c’en Ă©tait une, mais le doute est clairement lĂ . J’ai immĂ©diatement demandĂ© un remboursement. À ce niveau de prix et venant d’un revendeur censĂ© ĂȘtre fiable, c’est inacceptable. Je dĂ©conseille fortement.

Gutes Einkaufserlebnis!

Trotz der vielen negativen Bewertungen habe ich mich getraut hier ein paar Nikes zu bestellen. Immerhin fĂŒr 150,-€ (Angebotspreis!!! Normalerweise kostet dieser Sneaker ab 189,-€ aufwĂ€rts) Ich wurde belohnt mit einer schnellen Lieferung und tollen Schuhen. Alles in allem war das ein gutes Einkaufserlebnis.

Im angry I have to give one star. This lot are a disgrace Its virtually impossible to reach them,, Their virtual chat facility is totally useless and limits custmers to a list of issues and if the issue you have isnt one of them, forget about it Then I suffered a disinterested agent from hell who was so rude Ive photoed the chat and am emailing it to the CEO. I doubt theyll reply, but at least they have a chance to see what we are expected to tollerate Whoever chatted with me would be out on their ear if they were my staff and spoke or chatted with my customers as she did me.. They didnt get anything right and when I pointed this out they went all victim on me so I asked are you getting passive agreeassive and they used that as a quick get out of jail card, feigning hurt and telling me that was abuse A truely shocking experience and Ive decided to keep the wrong sized shoes, and give them to the next person I know who has a baby, I will buy the right ones elsewhere. WORTH NOTING THIS COMPANY INSISTS ON YOUR FULL NAME EMAIL AND TELEPHOE NUMBER IN ORDER TO USE THE CHAT BUT WILL NOT TELL YOU HOW TO HAVE YOUR PRIVATE DATE REMOVED.. IN FACT THE AGENT REFUSED TO ANSWER MY QUESTION AS TO HOW TO HAVE IT REMOVED WHICH I SENT THREE TIMES... This is not the Footlocker me and all my boys used, the experience has been dehumanising

Absolutely appalling customer service

Absolutely appalling customer service. I ordered an item online which right after realised I picked wrong size. I tried to contact them straight away but the only way to contact them is by email which they replied after the item had already been shipped and couldn’t be cancelled. The assured me once the items arrived I could return them. They were shipped to me in 2 days but takes about 2 months to return the item and get your refund. Two weeks of that time is so they can inspect the item. Good to be thorough

Foot locker isn't the foot locker of the 90's they are running a good scam. I bought a pair of sneakers on Friday. I kept on looking to see if the order would process. Sunday night I looked to see if it processed and if they were atleast in preship. It still said processing. Monday I get a email from them saying order was delivered Sunday. I never got a email stating they were shipped or a tracking number. First knowledge I got was that they were delivered. I didnt get anything. The box was out on porch all day and night. When I got home Sunday night there was no sneakers on my porch. It would've been nice to get a tracking number before the delivery took place so I could've had someone home to receive them. I've emailed them on Monday and they have yet to get back to me. I will never do business with this company again. They need to understand how a tracking number works. You are supposed to get it when the item ships so you can track it and get updates in when the sneakers are arriving. I didnt even get a tracking number just a email saying they got delivered the day before.

Lost delivery and take too long to refund

Lost my delivery. Apparently the stock was sourced from a footlocker store which isn't great. I would have expected a huge warehouse full of stock. Anyway despite my complaints it took a week for a refund even though it was clear the tracking hadnt updated. Won't use them again.
