I placed my order on 16th May 2025, paid in full and received an email stating 2 - 6 working days with a tracking link which could not find my parcel. I kept an eye on it then on the 6th working day I received an email stating due to the bank holiday all orders were running delayed by another 2 - 3 working days, again tracking app still couldnt find my order. I have by now used the online chat service firstly to be told the order was being shipped from the Netherlands and the tracking link will not work till the order is recevied in the UK, then secondly I requested a complaint to be logged and on which was not logged. I have since called twice firstly to check status which they did not know, and again ask why I have received no feedback on my complaint to be told they would log it. 2 working days on from the last call and 10 working days in total still no feedback. I have again today called to ask for a refund, to be told they can not process my refund as they can not locate my parcel only when they do can they process my refund. I asked about the complaint which I was told again today they can only note it from 2 working days ago (not the last day it was due for delivery and exceed the timeframe) that the management team will contact me in a further 5 - 10 working day, which I have no faith on whatsoever. I am stuck in a situation now where I have not received my order it is well overdue the timescale and the company cant even locate it either but wont refund me also. I will never order from this company again.
