Ordered trainers on 28th April. Still not received them 2 weeks later. Every time I phone Iâm told they will escalate it. I never hear back. Every time I phone, they create a new escalation and say I need to wait 5 to 10 days for an outcome and all my other calls are irrelevant and the 5 - 10 days begins from when I call. So I take it Iâm not meant to phone for 10 days but nothing is happening 14 days on. So annoyed and surely footlocker escalation team are so busy it takes this long to resolve what is clearly a missing parcel as dhl website shows itâs missing. What a s**t show of poor customer service

Returned a pair of shoes in December, and only heard back in May. Now I'm being told the return was outside their policy window. Poor customer service with delayed responses and questionable business practices. Wouldn't recommend.
DO NOT SHOP AT FOOTLOCKER I placed an order on the 19/04/25 and the parcel was delivered to the wrong address in a completely different location than my home. I sent proof of this to Footlocker who told me the parcel had not even been dispatched yet. I then sent proof of dispatch and delivery to then be told there was an issue with their systems. I was asked to fill out a form where I was being told to manipulate the dates to reflect what they had on their system. We finally get around that obstacle and I then get ignored for days on end and was then told no form had been sent. I decided to raise a charge back claim due to this and was contacted by a member of the team. They requested I cancel the dispute with my bank to enable them to refund me. This was a week ago and Footlocker are claiming the dispute remains open. Because of this I have not been able to retrieve a refund. I have been spoken to like rubbish and lied to over and over again. DO NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING HERE. GO TO JD OR FOOTASYLUM INSTEAD.
I find footlocker a very good store that stocks certain brands that arn't common.They have a good range of sports wear and exsesseries always a discount on which help nowadays and there staff are young and enthusiastic friendly and helpful.
