NEVER EVER AGAIN
If I could give 0 starts I Would, I am EXTREMELY disappointed, I had ordered 2 shoes, however they were for some reason made into separate shipments. I have received one of the shoes today, and they were all DIRTY and USED. there was black scuff marks all over the shoes, additionally the sticker in one shoe was not there, whilst the other shoe has stickers on it. The shoes that were sent to me were not new they were used. I have taken photos of this, and reported to customer services, however I am still very upset and disappointed as this was not even for me, these shoes I had ordered were for my husband, as a gift for Eid which will take place this week Friday. I am so angry with this, this has caused me significant distress. My husband is also very upset about this situation. when you order shoes from any company, you'd expect to receive it in the best quality. I was purchasing new shoes, not used shoes. What kind of customer service is this. NEVER EVER AGAIN. If I could attach photos I would. Not only were the shoes used, the packaging was also damaged, the box was half teared. I don't understand how a company like footlocker who claims they check the packages before dispatching it would allow this to happen, it is ridiculous and outrageous.
