5 artikelen besteld, ik verwachtte de volledige bestelling eigenlijk al na 5 dagen te hebben ontvangen helaas op de 5e dag na bestelling zijn 3 artikelen geannuleerd wegens niet op voorraad.. de 2 producten die ik wel heb ontvangen is 1 daarvan de verkeerde maat toegestuurd 😓

Trap er niet

Trap er niet! Levertijd zoals aangegeven klopt niet. Sterker; ze laten je betalen voor een express levering (1-2 dagen) maar de levering wordt uitgesteld. Geen communicatie, pas bij navraag krijg je te horen dat ze niet leveren. Kort en goed; onbetrouwbaar.

Uno schifo

Attenzione, spesso e volentieri ci sono scarpe scucite. Il personale, quando lo porti di ritorno fanno finta di nulla e non ti fanno il cambio scarpa. Mentre personale scortese, specialmente il ragazzo in cassa con i cappelli lunghi davvero davvero maleducato.

Ils travaillent avec U.P S qui ne fait pas son travail qui est simple, prendre un colis a A et l'emmener a B. Livraison reprogrammĂ©e plusieurs fois pour au finale me dire qui est sĂ»rement perdu ou volĂ©. Seulement c'est une procĂ©dure qui est longue avant d'ĂȘtre remboursĂ© alors que c'est de leur faute. Acheter en boutique mais jamais sur leur site tant qu'ils continuent Ă  proposer UPS comme livreur. Jamais eu ce genre de problĂšme avec COURRIR ou AMAZON

Ih habe Leztes Jahr im Foot Locker in LĂŒbeck ein paar Nike air max tn plus gekauft. Nach einem dreiviertel Jahr fingen die Streifen auf der Spitze an sich abzulösen. Jetzt wollte ich mir neue kaufen und fuhr wieder zu Foot Locker. Ich beschrieb die ganze Situation dem freundlichen VerkĂ€ufer. Dieser fragte mich ob ich ein neues Paar haben möchte. Ich hatte jedoch keinen Kassenzettel dabei. Da ich aber mit Karte gezahlt habe, machte der nette VerkĂ€ufer sich gleich an die Arbeit und suchte , in seinem System nach dem Bon. Das Ende vom ganzen, ich habe jetzt ein neues Paar bekommen. Ich kann diesen Laden echt nur empfehlen, Service wird da groß geschrieben.

Ne commandez jamais chez footlocker de votre vie .j’ai commandĂ© une paire de new balance 2002r.sur le site aucune nouvelle de la commande depuis 10 jours j’appelle on me dit que le colis est probablement perdu et que d’ici 5 Ă  10 jours j’aurais plus d’informations et que je serai probablement remboursĂ© aprĂšs ,bref des voleurs !acheter rien de la bas pour votre bien mental et financier.

I ordered shoes from foot locker for ÂŁ130 and something moved me to see the opinions from this online store and I was devastated when I read these opinions, I thought that the shoes and money were gone. The shoes arrived after 4 days, intact, not damaged, the size was perfect, everything as it should be, so I give 5 stars16.

More political BS

Recently footlocker removed the English language from the Netherlands site, while for other countries both, local language and English are still available. I suppose this is a decision from change in management or something. Regardless, I am not buying from a shop that has racist policies or that promotes discrimination propaganda. Too bad, I used to buy a lot from there, but other shops sell the same products, and do not have discriminatory policies.

Used shoes/worst shopping experience of my live

Don't buy there, if there is a tiny chance you might want to return them (present, in a rush,....)! They are quite lose if it comes to the quality of shoes there are selling but really strict regarding the shoes you can return. Therefore you can not return their own shoes, even if you never take them out of the Box, because "they looked used" .... the audacity of it!!! Also beeing accused of trying to return used shoes by three Staff members was not on my bucket list EVER. Seeing that I never even took the box out of the bag they gave me, I was so not prepared for that. Probably scarred me for life but for sure ruined my day. The Staff who sold me the shoes knew I might want to return them, told me that it is not a problem and brought me the shoes. According to the three Staff members I had to face of for 30 minutes to be able to return my "foot locker new" shoes told me it is my responsibility to check the shoes were new....even thought they are supposed so sell new shoes? Lets be clear I think the shoes were tried on in the store and had the tiniest Marks on the wite sole, so even if I would have checked the shoes I would not have seen a problem. But according to their own definition.... they are apparently selling used shoes and it turns out it is your falt :D refreshing really..... Incident was in UK.

Keeps sending me messed up USED shoes.

Keeps sending me messed up USED shoes. I don't understand what kind of business they are running here but when I order shoes, I expect BRAND NEW condition. If someone tried it on in store once or twice is a different story.. I keep getting roughed up shoes where someone wore the shoes, got them dirty and whoever it was tried to clean it off before handing it back to the store but damaged. Foot Locker keeps sending me damaged products and I have to pay extra shipping TWICE so I could get damaged items. Needless to say I will be returning the item and never shopping at Foot Locker again.

Berechnen 5 Euro wenn man den Schuh zurĂŒck schickt!

Leider muss ich auch nur einen Stern vergeben da ich sowas noch nie erlebt habe das man mir 5 Euro extra berechnet weil ich den Schuh zurĂŒck geschickt habe. Habe ich noch nie bei einem SchuhhĂ€ndler erlebt. Das war dass letzte mal das ich bestellt habe!

À fuir ce magasin le vendeur nous dit n'importe quoi pour vendre ses baskets j'ai achetĂ© une paire de basket Ă  mon fils de 200 €il fait du 43 il nous a conseillĂ© de prendre du 44 mais moi j'ai bien vu que c'Ă©tait trop grand lui nous disait que c'Ă©tait bien arrivĂ© Ă  la maison le pied sortait de la basket il a fallu qu'on la ramĂšne Ă  foot Locker Noisy-le-Grand et ils nous ont dit qu'il fallait prendre 43 car le 44 Ă©tait 10 fois trop grand vendeur pas compĂ©tent Ă  fuir

Customer service is offering ZERO


Customer service is offering ZERO assistance and not solving issue at all. My experience with them is about one order with two items, where FootLocker decided to split the order into Two , where second order never arrived as they never sent it out. Then they have decided to make a refund, with an "apology" and offering 10% discountđŸ€Šâ€â™‚ïž, (initial discount in order was 25%). I really suspect this is all done on purpose so they dont send out an item You as a customer purchase with 25% discount.
