They are a terrible company

They are a terrible company. Do not trust buying online with their "hassle free" return. My shoes were returned saying I wore them, which is false... they then tell me to go to store and try, who then tell me to go back to online customer service!!

Foot Locker Mont Saint Martin – -50% sur la confusion 😅 Petite virĂ©e shopping, et lĂ , miracle : deux penderies pleines de tee-shirts et de shorts sous une grande affiche “–50%”. Je repĂšre un tee-shirt sympa, grosse Ă©tiquette Ă  30€, prix barrĂ© Ă  39€ Ă  l’intĂ©rieur. LĂ , j’ai sorti ma calculette mentale : 👉 -50% de 30€, ça fait 15€. 👉 Ou alors -50% de 39€, jackpot Ă  19,50€. Dans tous les cas, je m’apprĂȘte Ă  faire une affaire digne des soldes d’étĂ©. 🌞 Mais en caisse, plot twist ! Le vendeur m’annonce que non non non, ce tee-shirt n’est pas soldĂ© Ă  -50%, et que c’est un client qui l’a mal rangĂ©. Sauf que
 deux penderies entiĂšres sont concernĂ©es, toutes bien rangĂ©es, Ă©tiquetĂ©es, et alignĂ©es sous l’affiche -50%. Bref, le client en question aurait dĂ» ĂȘtre agent de logistique chez Amazon. Je lui fais remarquer gentiment, il va vĂ©rifier, observe longuement (presque solennellement)
 et me dit en gros : “Effectivement, tout est affichĂ© comme en promo, mais en fait
 c’est pas en promo.” đŸ€·â€â™€ïž Pas de remise, pas de solution, pas mĂȘme un petit sourire dĂ©solĂ©. Rien. Juste l’impression de m’ĂȘtre fait un petit escape game promo, sans Ă©nigme rĂ©solue et au passage
 d’ĂȘtre prise pour une truffe. MoralitĂ© : j’ai appris que les -50% peuvent ĂȘtre purement dĂ©coratifs. Et que certains clients ont apparemment beaucoup de temps libre pour dĂ©placer des tonnes de vĂȘtements sans dĂ©ranger une seule Ă©tiquette. 🙃

Ich habe online ein Paar Schuhe gekauft und beim Anprobieren festgestellt, dass sie zu groß sind. NatĂŒrlich kann man das nur feststellen, indem man sie trĂ€gt und damit lĂ€uft – anders ist das gar nicht möglich. Ich habe die Schuhe direkt nach der Anprobe wieder zurĂŒckgeschickt, aber meine RĂŒckgabe wurde abgelehnt. Ich sehe, dass diese Firma das offenbar regelmĂ€ĂŸig macht. Als BegrĂŒndung hieß es, die Schuhe seien nicht mehr „neu“, da sie getragen wurden. NatĂŒrlich habe ich sie getragen – wie soll ich sonst wissen, ob sie passen? Ich habe sie nur in meiner Wohnung anprobiert. Ich kann nur davon abraten, hier einzukaufen.

En fonction des magasins, l accueil n est pas le mĂȘme... beaucoup de vendeur non challant et pas agrĂ©able (le plus agrĂ©able reste celui grand place lille) Et puis de sacs, donc vous repartez avec votre boĂźte sous le bras, au prix oĂč on paie les bascket !!! On payez moins cher avant et on avait plus de service. BON JE PREND UN SAC 1,99€ QUAND MEME!!!!!!! Poire le voir craquĂ© au bout de la rue... Il n y a dĂ©cidĂ©ment plus de satisfaction et respect clientĂšle

The worst customer service you could imagine.

I’m writing this review because I feel completely let down, ignored, and frankly robbed by Foot Locker. I placed an order expecting a smooth process from a major retailer — but instead, I’ve been met with negligence, zero accountability, and absolutely no resolution. My package never arrived. Foot Locker lost it, yet still kept my money. What’s worse? The customer service experience has been nothing short of disgraceful. After multiple attempts to contact support, I’ve received vague, copy-paste responses that go nowhere. No clear updates. No offer of a replacement. No refund. Just silence and deflection. I’ve provided all the details, followed every process, and waited patiently — but Foot Locker has done nothing to make this right. Let me be clear: I did not get the product I paid for. And yet Foot Locker continues to sit on my money. This is not a shipping issue anymore — it’s a trust and integrity issue. If a company can’t ensure their customers receive what they paid for — or issue a refund when they don’t — they should not be operating at this scale.

Terrible service don’t use.

Extremely disappointed with the service from Foot Locker. I ordered a pair of trainers over a week ago and they still haven’t even been picked up by the courier. I needed them for this week and now won’t even be at the delivery address anymore. The 2–6 day shipping estimate is completely misleading—it should mean delivery, not just processing. Fast delivery wasn’t even an option when I ordered, and customer service via online chat was totally unhelpful. No clear communication, no real support. I’ll most likely be returning the shoes and won’t be using Foot Locker again.

Terrible service at the Botany store don't care tried to swap shoes for a different size flaged me off didn't want to do it will never shop at foot locker again.Manukau store was a little better but not much more.No wonder their sales are going down

Had an offer on their website that if I


Had an offer on their website that if I registered I get RM45 off my first order. So I used them, as this made them cheaper then JD sports which is my first choice. Discount was never added, when I asked them why they said the website broke and there is nothing they can do. Told me that they may send me a voucher for next order to get a discount, it’s a complete scam. Say they won’t refund it or anything and the customer service rep emailing me is just speaking like an AI bot and is not helpful at all. You owe me money and I don’t want to order from you guys again.

Gestion des stocks calamiteuse.

Une paire de TN commandĂ©e pour mon fils, pour apprendre 3 jours plus tard que le produit n'est plus en stock et que je vais ĂȘtre remboursĂ©. Ok, on retente avec un autre coloris et devinez quoi, 3 jours plus tard idem, la paire n'est plus en stock et remboursement!! ArrĂȘtez de vendre des chaussures, changez de mĂ©tier, moi je vais C...rir ou chez JD.

Ojo!!!!!.He pedido unas zapatillas deportivas Adidas,en oferta,del nĂșmero 37 1/3 y me han llegado en nĂșmero 36. Absolutely Disgusting Experience with Foot Locker – Avoid! Ordered two pairs of trainers from Foot Locker as an early birthday present to myself. Only one arrived. It’s been nearly two weeks and I’m still waiting on the second pair. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times, only to be passed around with no real help. Now I’m being told I have to wait another 5–10 working days for an investigation to determine if I even qualify for a refund — because they claim the package is lost. To make matters worse, the trainers I ordered were on sale, and I’ve been told they won’t replace them unless I pay full price now. No accountability. No solution. Just rude, unhelpful service. I’ve never had an issue with Foot Locker before, but after this, I’m done. I won’t be shopping with them again. The way they treat paying customers is unacceptable. Do better.

Absolutely disgusting

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered two pairs of trainers for an early birthday present to myself. Only received one. Been waiting for nearly two weeks for the second pair. Contacted customer service multiple times. Kept going back and forth with them to be told I have to wait another 5-10 working days for the outcome of my investigation which will determine whether I’m even eligible for a REFUND! as they’re claiming the package to be lost. I bought that pair on sale and have been told they cannot replace my item and will have to pay a full price. The people are RUDE! And it’s disgusting how a customer gets treated when they’re just trying to find out what’s going on with the products they have paid for! I’m beyond disgusted and ashamed of this company as I’ve never had an issue with them prior. I will not be reordering from them and I hope they either improve or shut down. Absolutely vile!

Vol de deux paires de baskets lors d'un retour. Aucune preuve apportĂ©e et aucune comprĂ©hension du service client. Le service client m'indique que l'entrepĂŽt a reçu une pierre dans le colis et que la dĂ©cision de ne pas me rembourser ne peut ĂȘtre rĂ©voquĂ©e malgrĂ© les preuves que j'apporte. Lorsque je tĂ©lĂ©phone au service client leur seule rĂ©ponse est : "C'est comme ça." A fuir!

Grata sorpresa

Pues vengo a escribir la reseña porque después de haber leído todas las malas que tienen aquí, se merecen también que la gente lea alguna buena. Me arriesgué a pesar de las malas reseñas porque el precio era muy atractivo, y decidí comprarlas con un método de pago que asegura compras, así que dije, por qué no probar. En una semana tenía el pedido de los dos pares de zapatillas a precio irrisorio, todo genial, la verdad. No quiere decir que a ti te pase lo mismo, eso estå claro, pero al menos fue mi caso.
