I am extremely disappointed with the customer service
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I’ve received from Foot Locker. I placed an order which I never received, and despite multiple attempts to contact customer support, I have not received any meaningful assistance. Each time I’ve reached out, I’ve either been ignored, redirected without answers, or given vague responses that do not resolve the issue. It is unacceptable that a company of this size cannot properly track an order or take responsibility when something goes wrong. I expected better communication, accountability, and a resolution—whether it be a refund or a replacement. Instead, I’ve been left frustrated and without the product I paid for. I hope this matter is taken seriously, as I would not want other customers to go through the same experience.
