Excellent Late Night Phone Customer Service

My experience with Delivery.com is typically a great one with, discounted, fast and precise orders with conveniently located restaurants and lots of choices. But unfortunately this track record was broken, most likely due to Holiday delays and the restaurants low run staff; my most recent order was placed but the food was never delivered. But after a full day of work and chores, I was finally able to make a call to Delivery.com's customer service hotline where I spoke with Seth who was patient and very helpful with my situation. Expecting to have to go through an extensive process to prove my purchase, Seth simply used my order number to quickly find my profile jnformation and was immediately able to refund the transaction. I want to show my appreciation for his great customer service because not only was the process simple and quick, it was also done around 1:15am after a full days work on Labor Day. I encourage all who use delivery.com to continue their service and those who are curious try it! The process is simple and convenient for all with empty stomachs and tired legs after a long days work. Thanks again Seth and hope you continue to provide excellent customer service to all incoming customers!

Wish I Could Give Them Negative Stars

We were hungry. We wanted food. We ordered online and when we went to pick up the food we found out that the order had been denied. My credit card already had approved the transaction from them but delivery.com cancelled the order and we did not get word of that until we were at the eatery to get the order. I do not recommend using them. We called customer service several times to see what went wrong and each customer service rep we spoke with was extremely rude! Businesses if you want to use an outside delivery service look for another one. We ended up ordering online from tacobell.com and things went very smoothly.

Unreliable & No Accountability

I used them for laundry. The first order, everything was as smooth as one could hope for. Every other time, there was a problem. Making matters worse is that their customer service was of no help on all but a couple of occasions. They showed no accountability, hardly ever apologized, and did nothing to redress problems. Fed up I canceled my account.

Horrible system

I tried to place an order with delivery.com this morning and after 30 minutes of assuming my food was on its way, I received an email stating " your account has been flagged for possible suspicious activity, for your security it will take 1-3 business days for us to fix this problem". I called to follow up and all they can tell me is that this is due to a zip code issue. If that's the case a normal system would indicate that the zip code is incorrect and my accept the payment right away instead of accepting the whole payment with a successful order email and following up with another email 30 minutes thereafter with disappointment. This was utterly frustrating, a waste of time and not the way to do business. I'm never ordering from this platform again.

Inconvenient and glitchy

I recently had a bad experience where i ordered my food and delivery.com said it was on the way and should be to me in 50-60 minutes. After calling the Restaurant 40 minutes later I found out that it was not on the way and i was not informed in any way besides email. The site never asked me to check my email or notified me that i would need my email open. Ii seems that a site could let you know your card is declined due to third party security before telling you its on the way. Then I called the customer service representative who had heard it so many times she was about to fall asleep. over rude and bad experience where convenience was expected.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE

I am extremely upset after trying to order my dinner through delivery.com . I was not able to use a code that was sent to my email earlier this evening. I called the customer service line to only be transferred three times to various people who did not know how to assist me or fix this problem. It really cannot be that hard to fix in the first place. It was saying another customer had used the code already. How can someone else have the same code that was sent to me? And clearly was not used today by myself. I was transferred to this man who asked for my first and last name and email. I gave him all the information he needed and he asked me how many accounts I had. I said two and he said I was not allowed to have two but he could merge my accounts together. Fine. I didn't know. But to attack me and assume that the "11" other accounts were all me really pushed my buttons. How racist could he get?!! How can you just assume because all 10 other account holders Have my super common name, that those are ALL of my accounts? I don't even have that many email addresses! That's the most ridiculous thing I've heard. I am so turned off by their customer service representatives. Teach them not to make assumptions about people based on their names! PS. I do not have 11 accounts with them. I don't have time for that.

True scam

Traveling on business, exhausted and not wanting to get back out in the worst traffic I've ever driven in, I found delivery.com was recommended by the front desk of the Radisson Ontario Airport Hotel where I was staying. I signed up for an account, ordered from the Lotus Garden, entered my credit card and placed the order. They charged my card and sent a conformation email 10 minutes later. The wait was stated as 30 to 45 minutes. After 40 minutes I noticed an email arrived stating their security software canceled my order AFTER CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD which will refunded in 7 to 14 business days, all because the delivery address zip code didn't match the billing zip code is input on the credit card screen. I called the customer service number and the answers are disturbing. The order requires a phone number but Noone gets notified to call you. They charge the card as soon as you hit place order, THEN the security software scrutinizes your information and flags it which automatically cancels the order and places anear automated email in queue to send out, that in my case took 40 minutes. I hung up and called my credit card and placed a fraud hold on the charge so they have to explain themselves to get the money. I also sent an online complaint to the CALIFORNIA State Attorney General's office. I am not going to let this scam earn a percentage on my money during the weeks they hold onto it with having to answer for their actions and business practices.

Customer support 👍 👎 Chat started Linda Vass Hi I I had some furniture delivered in Aylesbury today, two guys arrived full of enthusiasm and eager to help. bit worried they wouldn't get the furniture in which stressed me out a bit but they reassured me they would and they did. I dread delivery man there usually miserable and very unhelpful, not your boys excellent customer service trust me I know. nothing too much trouble. I feel these guys needed some recognition I asked for there names , probably thought it a bit strange, so congratulations on your training there names were Rich and Jim JZD team from Coventry. and I will certainly be trusting pilot and recommending you . thank you

A great site and app! Super easy to find great local restaurants, liquor stores, etc. They have a great selection of my favorite local businesses. The site and app are both easy to use and have cute features that make ordering from them fun and simple. I highly recommend then!

The WORST Delivery Company in Existence

Regrettably, I failed to check with TrustPilot on this one. I live in San Francisco. I received a coupon in the mail on 2/26/2016 from Delivery.com It offered me a 30% discount to purchase on that day. Service was new to me but I thought, with a 30% coupon discount lets try it out. I ordered thru the Delivery.com web site. Restaurant was Thai Spice in San Francisco. I placed the order, price was presented, I added the coupon, discount applied, I checked. Meal to be delivered in 30 to 45 minutes. 1Hour and 35 minutes later still NO Food, and NO Update. Food arrived 1 hour and 45 minutes after ordering. Then it gets really interesting. The 30% Coupon discount VANISHES! Not sure how they pulled that one off with my Credit Card but they did. BUT, it gets better. I call them on it today. So they provide a $10 credit. BUT not in cash, in their absurd POINTS!! So they ripped me off for $10 from my account, rapid me in points. Thats a GREAT busienss for Delivery.com but a very bad one for me. These are very very bad people.

Terrible!!!

I was in Oklahoma on a business trip in July of 2015 and I looked some places up and so I placed an order, about 30-40 minutes after I placed the order I got an email saying that the business wasn't even open anymore. It was closed for about 4 months it said. So just to be safe I checked my account transactions and realized they already pulled about $35 out for the order I placed. I called customer service and they said they would have the refund back to me within the next week. I called them 2 weeks later asking where my refund was and they said they haven't refunded me the money because they lost the form they had to fill out. I've still been waiting for the refund and it's all most Febuary of 2016.

Cancelled a delivery 30 minutes after it was placed!

I placed an order at a restaurant on the list of suggested restaurants on delivery.com. Thirty minutes later, the restaurant called and said I was outside their delivery zone, AFTER the charge had already been processed on my credit card! She said she was trying to reach delivery.com to get the charge refunded but no one was picking up the phone. Unbelievable!

Worst delivery service ever!

Ordered delivery service from PFChangs 1.5 miles from my house. Ordered at 6:30. They say it will take at least 30-45 minutes. No delivery by 7:44 so I called and was told that the driver was at the restaurant (again 1.5 miles from my house) and would be at my house in 20 minutes. No delivery at 8:14 so called again and was told the driver was at the restaurant. Same thing I was told before. When I asked how much longer, I was told the driver was on the way and upon pushing for an estimated time, I was asked to hold. When the operator came back on the phone, i was told the driver was on the side of the road. 2 hours later I had to cancel my order. Exceptionally poor communication. PLEASE don't order from here if you are hungry because who knows when or if you will ever get to eat.

Not cool

The $13 deal is promised to last up to March of 2016. I recommend my friend delivery.com today (Dec. 27) and there's now the $7 deal. What happened to "March." Get it together, delivery.com. Would like it more with better customer service, etc... I won't be ordering here again fortunately. I do not recommend using delivery.com to order your foods unless it's your only option. However, I do recommend GrubHub! So much better compared to delivery.com.

Meh - only if you're desperate

Every time I order using delivery.com, I'm disappointed. There is always something missing, or the food comes cold, or it takes over an hour to get here. And when I tell customer service about it, they say they'll put credits on my account, which they never do.

Didn't receive parts of my order

Was charged for food I ordered but never recieved and since I signed for the food without checking, the store thought I was lying. The parts that they did send were correct. Ordered a specific yogurt flavor and got sent a different one. Thanks.

This is my favorite one of the ordering portals that you see popping up all the time. None of them so it as well as delivery.com. I was so excited when they added alcohol and laundry so that it became a one stop shop! Yay for delivery!
