Very fast and also never messes up my order!

I've ordered delivery for years, usually through a competitor's site. But slowly, Delivery.com has been seeing more and more of my business as they do everything at least as well, and have poached my favorite local delivery options to boot. I've never had an issue with the site or the businesses that use delivery.com, and I don't anticipate any problems in the future.

Long days at work, cabin fever, delivery.com gave me life and nurishment by bringing timely delivery with a plethora of restaurants. Thank you

I really appreciated the customer service of Delivery.com, even when my order never arrived due to miscommunications with the driver. They tried to accommodate me as best as they could, but ultimately, I think they need to really re-evaluate their vendors regularly and weed out the bad apples. I also found some hiccups with the restaurant delivery service, not terrible, but I think some of the food vendors did not read the printout accurately. My delivery guy forgot my side order of chips & guacamole. Not a big deal, but they misread the order slip for it and had to run back an redelivery again. I felt bad and had to tip the guy twice.

A convenient way to locate delivery options in my neighborhood. Everything I ordered came delivered as ordered.

I find delivery.com to be easy to use and my go-to for delivering food to my apartment. Kinda makes it feel like I can get room service 24/7 :) I haven't tried ordering groceries or anything else through it but wouldn't be opposed to trying it out in the near future.

I enjoy the perks of using Delivery.com. The downside is that there are a lot of restaurants I'd like to order from that aren't on Delivery.com. Otherwise, I've had a good experience

Delivery.com is great i just recently returned from the hospital and couldn't walk on my bad leg but i was really hungry and had lots of medicine take it only took a few minutes and my food was on the way quick easy and very convenient thanks delivery.com

Ok service, but still prefer and trust seamless more. I did have one issue trying to apply a credit to a bill, and delivery.com customer service promised to apply a 20% discount as well as give me an additional $7 credit for future use. This sounded great, but they never actually went through with it. Further, delivery time has been much slower than seamless (at least in my experience). I wish there was an accurate time estimate when you place orders. I guess I just have to evaluate whether or not the points system is worth it.

Delivery.com is awesome! It's my go-to choice for online ordering. The app is clear and easy to use. When I had an issue with a restaurant (hair in my food) they refunded my order, no problem. They're courteous and always on the customers side. The loyalty points are pretty cool and add up quickly

Delivery.com has been a great experience ordering from anywhere in any of the five boroughs. I live in Staten Island and go to work in Manhattan-- and both at home and at work I feel like I can rely on Delivery.com for the best food options in the neighborhood. I love the broad food selection. I can always find something for my family. Only thing is that I wish there are more dessert-only merchants so I can treat my kids to a fun Sunday.

I love delivery.com because I can choose the food that I want thought some variety in just one place. Some places do not have delivery like at 11pm. I just have problem once, when the delivery took so long. But after some stress everything get solved. I haven't any other complaint.

A lot of options. Super easy. Just wish that ASAP orders had an expected delivery time.

I made a food delivery order and after sometime of not receiving it, the customer service contacted to let me know the restaurant had a problem receiving the order and offered to help rectify the situation and see if i needed to cancel the order.
