I really like the points system Delivery.com offers & am looking forward to using them. It'd be nice if rewards came sooner, though. Also, the selection of businesses could be much larger. I understand this company is still relatively new so I'm waiting to see what else they offer in the future. Overall, I'm pleased.

I was overcharged by $20 on a laundry order on March 7th, 2015. I have been back and forth through email and phone and given the run around. Today is March 27th, 2015 and still NO REFUND. Because of this they have lost a customer.
Delivery.com makes ordering food quick and easy. I like that it gives payment options other then credit cards.

I ordered food from a restaurant that was really late on their delivery. I contacted delivery.com and they remedied the solution right away. They stayed with me till they got a hold of the driver.
The first two times I tried to use Delivery.com, both times after waiting 15 or 20 minutes, I got a call saying they couldn't get in touch with the restaurant. Perhaps a legitimate problem, but one I never had with Seamless (and Seamless has those some restaurants listed as well). Got my money/credits back, but besides a twitter apology, not much else to make up for the experience. Seems like tempting fate to try to give them another chance.
I'm had great experiences with the restaurants and the ease of ordering through the website. Food has been delivered in the amount of time estimated. However! My only complaint is that I've received email coupons for delivery.com and came to use them and they don't work!! (they aren't expired!) Also, some restaurants list certain deals they have and the deals are NEVER applied when it comes time to checkout. Very frustrating--because I choose to order from those places because of the deals and then they aren't applied!
It depends on the restaurant of course whether you'll get your food, but the service of the website itself is great!
I had signed up for delivery.com a few months ago but never got around to placing an order. When speaking to a coworker who's used the service before, I was informed that first time users get a 20% off promotion. So I was excited to give a try. I was unable to locate the discount on the site, so I decided to contact a representative. Ebony informed me that my promotion had expired without me using it. I then asked if there were any current first time discounts, and she told me there were. I politely asked if the discount could be applied to my account because technically I haven't used the service before. I was told I wasn't eligible. I proceeded to ask for a reason and never got a straight answer, just brushed off by simply being told there were future promotions to take advantage of. I guess I'm a little bummed that I didn't get to experience delivery.com. Since its a great concept. Thanks anyway.
I love Delivery.com! They are quick to solve any problems regarding orders or delivery and respond to e-mails on time! Customer service is super important to me and Delivery.com has treated my well so far.

Tried multiple times on different phones to place an order using both a coupon and PayPal- would connect to PayPal and then lead to nowhere. I gave up and only use use GrubHub and Seamless now.
My delivery.com orders have always gone smoothly and arrived when expected.
I don't use Delivery.com that often, but when I do, it's easy to use and usually has some of the rare restaurants I can't find elsewhere.
I've never had a problem with delivery.com at all. Always super easy to order, very reliable, and the discount codes are nice :)
No estimated time on deliveries, but food was good. It's also nice that there is a paypal option for paying.
I wish I knew about this site before. I hate looking for paper menus sometimes. This makes it easier to decide and order. Haven't had a problem with the site or the orders. Will continue to use this.
