Inconvenient and glitchy
I recently had a bad experience where i ordered my food and delivery.com said it was on the way and should be to me in 50-60 minutes. After calling the Restaurant 40 minutes later I found out that it was not on the way and i was not informed in any way besides email. The site never asked me to check my email or notified me that i would need my email open. Ii seems that a site could let you know your card is declined due to third party security before telling you its on the way. Then I called the customer service representative who had heard it so many times she was about to fall asleep. over rude and bad experience where convenience was expected.
