HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE
I am extremely upset after trying to order my dinner through delivery.com . I was not able to use a code that was sent to my email earlier this evening. I called the customer service line to only be transferred three times to various people who did not know how to assist me or fix this problem. It really cannot be that hard to fix in the first place. It was saying another customer had used the code already. How can someone else have the same code that was sent to me? And clearly was not used today by myself. I was transferred to this man who asked for my first and last name and email. I gave him all the information he needed and he asked me how many accounts I had. I said two and he said I was not allowed to have two but he could merge my accounts together. Fine. I didn't know. But to attack me and assume that the "11" other accounts were all me really pushed my buttons. How racist could he get?!! How can you just assume because all 10 other account holders Have my super common name, that those are ALL of my accounts? I don't even have that many email addresses! That's the most ridiculous thing I've heard. I am so turned off by their customer service representatives. Teach them not to make assumptions about people based on their names! PS. I do not have 11 accounts with them. I don't have time for that.
