Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I picked up an order from a restaurant only to realize it wasn't what I ordered and was not edible. Delivery.com said they could not refund me because the food was the restaurant's usual standard. In other words, inedible food that isn't as ordered or described, is standard at this restaurant. What a joke, this company is a joke.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Worst customer service ever, spoke with Chantel and she just kept giving me automated responses. When the issue was something so small she just didn't bother actually listening. It was the most frustrating experience I have ever had and I actually work in customer service. I even asked to be transferred to someone else since she was just repeating her self over and over and didn't care about my concerns. More worried about her being right. When i asked to be transferred she she put me on hold for over 5 minutes and never transferred me. Then when everything was done she closed the chat before I could even answer. I will most likely go elsewhere for services like this as there are plenty of other companies that offer this. Shame since its easy to use but their customer service just makes the whole experience lackluster.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I order food often through delivery.com Whenever I call them regarding a change, late order or just a question they are RUDE. I have never had an issue resolved. I am always told why did I call them, I should contact the vendor directly. Now I do contact the vendors directly, I order directly through the vendors. Much better and no issues. Thank you for your suggestion. Everyone should just order directly through the vendor and cut out this awful middleman!

2nd review.WORST SERVICE EVER

2nd review. If I could give this place minus 5 stars I would! I had a $ 15.00 crude from delivery.com because each tome they screwed up they would give me a credit ,so I decided to use the credit and be done with them. I find out today delivery.com charged the total order ,they did NOT apply the credit after I hit the credit button! I am beyond upset! Of course ,I can't reach anyone @ the billing office probably until Monday! When you make a complaint on delivery.com's facebook page ,you get a message that says the people who mange this page will review your post" ,then of course they don't post the message.

I called delivery.com after waiting 90 minutes for a breakfast sandwich

I called delivery.com after waiting close to 2 hours for a simple breakfast order, the food was ice cold and wasted. Can't get the restaurant on the phone so I called delivery.com customer service. The rep, who was sarcastic and gave me an encore of my disgusting breakfast experience, is a true reflection of the company.

Unrelieable service

Have just tried to order food at two different restaurants through Deliveroo - in both cases I receive and email 10-20 minutes later that the restaurant is unable to deliver. The service is completely unreliable!

Fraudulent Deals

I received this deal in my email that says if I sign up for Masterpass I can get $10 off every order for a month. Well, I signed up and placed an order the same day and did not get a discount. Contacted customer service and was told due to overwhelming demand the deal was cancelled. What?! You were prepared to give out 30 days of discounts but decided to take it back within a day? Their marketing team is either a bunch of crooks or just grossly incompetent. Either way it tells you what kind of company you're dealing with.

They have screwed their regular …

They have screwed their regular customers looking forward to using a $10 off Masterpass promotion for a whole month. They terminated it in two days due to its "overwhelming popularity". The only thing overwhelmed was the amount of money they would have had to pay out on behalf of new customers, the entire reason for such a promotion in the first place. I am not happy and will use alternate vendors.

Never again!

Ordered food over an hour ago. I called the restaurant and they have no record of the order. I called Delivery.com and they cancelled it for me with no apology, and in the confirmation said it looks like the restaurant was unable to fill my order. No, you messed up. Take responsibility! I then ordered straight from the restaurant and will do that from now on.

Bad On-line delivery service.

Bad On-line delivery service. Kept trying to order after my account was re-instated and offered a $10.00 credit. No luck even after resetting my password. I don't understand why I've even tried the last 6 times and been very disappointed.

Why does this company even exist?

I've ordered twice through this agency and have never had anything delivered. The first time they refunded. The second time I got an angry call from some delivery driver accusing me of having someone pick up my order while I am sitting at home waiting on this idiot to bring my food. He was not even aware enough to have them remake the order and deliver that he literally gave up and said he is calling his operator. I actually went down to the place and picked up my order personally then this company calls me 2 days later to confirm if the order was delivered. You gotta be kidding me... This company is a complete clusterf***. Their staff doesn't know anything, they can't coordinate a pizza delivery and for some reason yelp stands behind them. When I asked them why their service is any different then me calling the restaurant directly their rep told me that they have nothing to do with delivery (delivery.com) or any of that they simply contact the restaurant. She also blamed the delivery staff of the restaurant which they do not have.. when I arrived I saw nothing but uber eats drivers there. So i guess this is a service for people who cannot speak and can only order off of yelp.

Hungry aged mother left behind.

I put an order in at 5:37 for my 94 year old mother to receive a dinner from Lebanese Taverna.This was before dinner service- on purpose. I called her to let her know a special dinner was coming. At 7:15 she wondered where the dinner was. I called Delivery.com who called Take out Taxi to see where it was. It was delivered at 7:44. Inexcusable. Makes us all look bad! And my mother was hungry and tired by the time it came. Very discouraging. I live in Maine and thought this would be a wonderful thing to do weekly. Needless to say I won't be trying this "service again. And a convenience factor added! Give me a f^&* ing break!

Used delivery.com for the wash and fold …

Used delivery.com for the wash and fold service. Laundry was weighed in 12 lbs more than actual weight. I contacted delivery.com customer service, with pictures of the sealed bag delivered and weighed on a scale. They told me the launder assured them the weight was accurate and too bad for me. A full bag of laundry weighed at the laundromat down the street is 18lbs, how did the other laundry get 33 lbs? I will not use delivery.com again, can't be trusted, will not support the customer if you are cheated. The customer service rep told me the laundry was correctly weighed, and that was that, they never responded to my response.

Bad customer service

I ordered from delivery.com and hey sent me a confirmation message with an estimated time of delivery. I wait for 1:30 hrs and then tried calling the restaurant and then contacted delivery.com. They told me the restaurant was offline. I waited for 2 hrs to get my food only to get no food. That i pathetic. Their person was even worse trying to pin it on me. Never order from them ever.

wrost experience.. if delivery boy cant find the adress he is going back without calling us.. or inform us.. they dont even try to contact us after that. and costomer service provider are layers.they said my order will deliver in 24 hrs wen i complaint about it.. and after next day.. they said my order has been returned to d place..i mean.. totally nonsense..i had given 3 nembers to them.. n not even a single call i hav recived from them... wrost company.. dont go through this nonsense..

Untrustworthy. Do not use this service.

Ordered from them and one of the vendors didn't deliver the food stating they were not in the delivery area. Customer service said they'd get back to me and they deactivated my account. Buyer Beware.
