Delivery.com response-

Delivery.com response- "In reviewing your account you experienced issues with the promo code because your account is associated with other accounts in our system." What does that even mean? I input 5 promo codes, and they DID NOT WORK!!! They have not reached out to me, or done anything to my account. Also the credit is only on DEBIT CARD purchases. If it's a credit, JUST KNOCK THE MONEY OFF, your company is not getting my credit/debit card numbers. Your cryptic answer was just a side slip past the question. As for the customer service, you say you're looking into it, WHAT DOES THAT DO FOR ME? You have not reached out to me. I want to know what this associated with other accounts means. I want ACTUAL ANSWERS!!!

Never received my order

Never received my order, went back amd forth with customer service 3 times and was told I would not get a refund. A very frustrating experience overall - I will not be using this service again. I have never had an issue with any delivery service other than delivery.com

Not impressed

Not impressed. They took over on-the-go delivery in my area. It is a shame they did. Over an hour and a half late. I called twice. Their excuse is that the restaurant was behind. I called the restaurant. They were not. Our food sat there. The rep on the phone told me our driver was there and waiting for the food. They offered 10$ off our next order. Nope! Why would I want to be disappointed again. It's a shame, cause I liked on-the-go delivery.

Terrible service

Customer service is so bad they will pick the call after 20-30 min. Never resolve any issues. Even they don't provide delivery boy contact number so that we can talk to him. Terrible service never want to use delivery. If any delivery people reading this please please shut the fu** up and shutdown your services and please stop torturing people with your services and fire your customer service executives they are terrible people never want to talk to them. Same on you delivery.

If I could review it as zero I would

If I could review it as zero I would. I have ordered the exact same order twice before and it worked out great from Delivery.com. I order this time and they took over 30 minutes to find a driver. Then the driver didn't pick up the food when he was right next to the restaurant and went to the opposite end of town. Hunger Rush is 30 minutes so I should have ordered something through them instead. Luckily they changed it to a driver who is closer because I called the 800 number so hopefully, it'll arrive sooner than originally stated.

A Travesty Ever Since Carryout Courier Left Town

Lancaster PA - took over from Carryout Courier, with which I never had a problem. Now, multiple orders cancelled on short notice, including the entire service being shut down for weeks. Then an order I was told would be 2 1/2 hours late, so I cancelled in the phone, and the guy showed up at my door at 10 p.m. anyway. Horrible customer service, and very, very little effort to “make it right.” Avoid if you have an alternative - such as Dominos, or the family next door that sometimes has leftovers.

Awful

Ordered Denny's through them, driver kept getting lost. When he comes, my order is completely wrong. I give him the food back and call Denny's and they have no records of my order. Doesn't make sense because I have receipts as well as confirmation emails and text messages. Then I call delivery.com and just ask for them to resend my order. I'm at work and it was supposed to be my lunch. After being on hold for a long time, I am told that it is not possible for them to resend my order.

WORST DELIVERY SERVICE EVER!!!!

The only positive is that when I call I do talk to an actual human. My first order with them, it’s a gift for someone for Valentine’s Day and it’s over an hour and a half late! Ruined my plans, the person won’t even be able to eat it now. Even if they did it’ll be cold. Ugh. It may end up being longer than an hour and a half because I don’t even have the order yet! Only concession that was offered was 5.00 off my next order. Yeah right. Im not ordering from them ever again. I’m so frustrated and annoyed. I’ve had to call three times. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!! They will only refund you if it’s two hours late! DO NOT USE THIS DELIVERY SERVICE!

The worst

The worst. Took over my local delivery service carryout.com. Order arrived 40 minutes early. Two items missing. Offered me a $10.00 discount off of future order because it arrived early or $5.00 off my current order. Insulting. Not a refund on items not delivered. Company policy requires that the delivery drivers can not confirm that the order is correct because in her words "customers don't like us checking the bags". Really??? I want my complete order and on the time I requested it. Don't let them put you on a brief hold. It's not brief.

The young woman that helped me was…

The young woman that helped me was incredible to the point when I couldn’t figure it out she called me directly, helped getting me to correct site then placed my order for me. Have used a few delivery sites but delivery.com is by far the only 5 star service

my order was incorrect

my order was incorrect, the restaurant said the driver told them what i wanted... but it was not right. when i called to have it changed, they transferred me several times, and told me they would send me the correct order. its been over an hour and still no correct food. on hold once again. NO THANK YOU DELIVERY.COM

Faulty fraud detection

I was a long-time customer until one evening I tried placing an order and they decided it was fraud, despite numerous identical orders to the same address with the same credit card in the past. There is no appeal process so my account has been permanently banned. I have never experienced anything like it with another business. That said, there are plenty of other (better) services for the same thing, so my life is unaffected.
