You need to pay your vendors
Prepaid reservation was cancelled on a pretext and then was insulted by staff.
Very unprofessional, Durango was dirty when we picked it up. Upon return, people in office but said they were closed after we had unloaded our luggage. Had to reload and take to a parking lot for there shuttle. Was told we had to pay a fee because we didn't get to office before closing even though we were there an hour before closing. Would never use again.
Our flight was delayed. We called to notify them and the person said that we better get there before 12PM bc he will not wait. When we got there, he wanted insurance certificate and insurance policy number. He would not rent to us unless he had policy number or we took out liability insurance. As a soccer club, we have insurance rental liability. We explained that to him and he would not accept it. Luckily, I had my flash drive and computer that we could pull up the policy number. This is unacceptable at 12AM when no manager is also present to help. We liked the car and we have rented from you before. I am just hoping this was a one time situation.
I just want to say thank you to the manager of the San Jose,Ca. AVR. She went above customer expectations for a rental facility. Our day had started early in the morning and with flight delays and we was going to miss picking our van rental before the close of day. She was willing to wait on us so we could finish our day on a positive note. Thanks again!!

Our overall experience was average. After getting off the plane to go pick up our rental we waited 45 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. Once the shuttle came and we arrived at the actual rental car place, while still unloading our belongings from the vehicle the driver asked for a tip. Im happy to tip for good service, however asking prior to even getting all of our bags out seemed a bit rude. However, when we arrived back at the rental car place to drop our car back off, the shuttle was readily available and this driver was very friendly and helpful. We had 2 totally different experiences upon pick up and drop off, so an average rating seems appropriate.
Not easy to get to their facility, two transfers and 3 phone calls. I wouldn’t use again. I would book through a name brand and one with a shuttle that takes you right to the place where your rental is located.
Complete shakedown once you get there. Change the terms once you get there compared to what you booked it at. False advertising of where their location is. Extremely rude, blatantly lied, I showed him he was wrong, still belligerently argues with me how he was right, but he didn’t have time to show me how wrong I was.
Everything was smooth as silk and most of all very affordable. Thank you Soo much.
