We had a great experience with AVR. Brenda who was helping us with van pick up is the best. Very friendly and helpful. She even upgraded us to a full size SUV for free. This is our second time using AVR and both had been great. The shuttle drivers are also friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend them.

I have to pay insurance before they let me rent the Van even I have a full coverage insurance... Indian guy didn’t consider my reservation and waited me to buy it before he proceeds to my reservation...

AVR was the easiest, friendliest, most economical rental agency we've ever rented from. We've been coming out to ski in the area for 27 years. We will definitely rent from AVR next year. I rate it the best of all the car rental agencies!

Good and friendly customer service. However, Office was like a big closet at a Ramada Inn and was bare bones.

Minivan was not ready at pick up time. Van was delay for 45 min. Had to wait and it was still not in good condition. It was not washed and vacuumed. Front tires had very minimal tread left even though the van only had 37K miles. Tread depth were much better on rear tires. Similar situation with other reviews in that the van did not come with unlimited miles. Only allow 250mile a day despite Priceline booking showing unlimited mileage. Being off the airport also made it tougher to return the van after hour. The rental rate was what made this a three star review instead of a two star review.

I wouldn't recommend them to an acquaintance. The service was poor at best. They have you go out alone and tell you to double check the van for dents and dings. Don't buy third party because literally everything they tell you on the third part site is incorrect. No unlimited mileage, insurance doesn't cover passenger vehicles etc. Wouldn't work with me at all on pickup time and I arrived to see 6 of the van I requested. Also when I showed up, after requesting a 15 passenger van, they offered my a dodge caravan!

So much extra charges. Returned the vehicle only 2 hours late and they charged a whole day due to their "fees".

We couldn’t have asked for a smoother transaction! Everything was as promised and done in a fast friendly fashion. We would not hesitate to book with this company again! Thanks to everyone involved.

Good price. Van clean. Great difficulty with pick up as web site and phone message don’t match. Also nobody answered phone with four tries.
