Airport Van Rental

Waited 40 mins for the shuttle. Everyone else’s car was pulled out in the front except for mine.

Great price, nice customer service. The lady who helped us seemed to be the only one working so she was running all over to help everyone. The minivan was dirty inside, but I think it was just returned and they just did a quick wipe down. But other than that, fair price for the week.

Fourth time I’ve used AVR. Always a great price and vans are generally very nice. I’ve had the mileage range from 13K-45K. Staff is accommodating however, watch for the upsell on Insurance and gas. Other downfall is a short walk across the street from main rental facility, but for this price, I’d walk further. Great value for a mini van and will definitely use again.

Check in went smooth, staff was very friendly and efficient. Only downside I got talked into prepaying for gas, I didn't drive enough so cost me a bundle for 1/2 half tank of gas. Won't be doing that again

The booking was made based upon an SUV style vehicle to be rented. When I arrived at 11pm there was only a minivan. Good old fashion bait-n-switch.

Had to wait a bit longer than average for the shuttle (other companies' shuttles passed several times while we waited) and their off-airport location was a bit further away than others but once we got there, everything went very smoothly and we were more than satisfied. The staff were friendly and helpful. We got a full-size SUV for less than the price the big nationwide rental companies charge for an intermediate car. It was clean and in excellent condition. Return check-in was a breeze. I'd definitely rent from them again.

They were excellent. I wish you could select your van styles specifically but it worked out great for me and my large family

Not bad, close to the airport (10mins), only issue is, is that they close at 6pm. So if you have a flight coming in later, then that'll be a problem. Other than that, service is good, quick to get my rental, and they offer shuttle service to/from the airport. Prices were great. We saved $200-$300 as apposed to renting right at the airport. Gas prices are cheap in Utah, so no need to pre paid for your gas. Also most major CC will cover for additional insurance for car rentals (check first) and you can decline their extra coverage.

The online quotes given are nowhere near the actual costs. Was given a much higher bill upon arrival of tax this and tax that. It’s a dodgy joint if you ask me. They use Lower online rates to lure you only to surprise you will heaps of additional charges at the counter. Because it’s too late to make alternate arrangements, you have no choice but to pay. I would not use them again.

No 2 wheel drives in their SUV fleet. Nice price

My flight was late and AVR was very accommodating. The van I got was nice and clean and all transactions went very smoothly. I would use them again, and there prices are very reasonable.
