Airport Van Rental

Very good customer service. Was in and out in no time. They made sure to cover all processes in a timely manner that made complete and responsible sense.

The agent was not at the desk when I arrived he then came in and never introduce his self and just asked me if I was there to pick up a car he gave me a dirty vehicle and never told me they had no shuttle service when I return to get back to the airport no car had no scrubber to scrub the snow off the windshield I noticed there were several scrubbers in his office the agent did not offer me one Upon returning no one was at the office had to leave the keys with a front desk agent that I do not know I would never rent from them again. Very on organized and professional in the vehicle was dirty

I'm so sorry that I forgot the Lady's name that was a God sent for me that works at the Fort Worth van rental..I just want some one to acknowlage her, she was off work and driving out of town when i called her on her cell phone, which she gave me as a curtisy and told me if I had any problems to call her. I rented the van on Feb.18th to be returned on Feb. 20th. I got Lost VERY VERY LOST!!!! I was very up set!!!! and call her cell she stayed on the phone with me and guided me for 45 minutes to the drop off place. and she call the office and told them what was happening and they didn't charge me for Late drop off also took me to the airport by Uber..This is a GREAT Lady you have!!!!! and a good company. Thank you for the Angel you have working for this company.

Price was excellent & the Durango was great in the snow.

Waited for over an hour for the can to pick our group up and the lady and the manager were both extremely rude. Would never use this place again. When we finally got to the office there was another customer in there having issues as well. They wouldn’t even throw in complimentary insurance for being so late. When we returned the van it wasn’t topped off, still full but not over the full line and the lady tried to charge me $15 per gallon for gas when it clearly shows on their wall it’s $7/gal if they have to fill it up.

Friendly and understanding staff. I would recommend them and will be using their services again.

Long waits for shuttle service. Long waits at the rental counter. Under staffed. Unclean waiting area. Didn't have the vehicle I reserved. I would pay the extra money to avoid this experience again.

Very competitive price but the service was poor compared to other rental companies. Airport pickup hours were limited. Understaffed at the rental counter.

This place was horrible! Waited for two hours to get help at the counter. Paid $250 more than the Priceline purchase because of required insurance needed by AVR. Van dented and dirty!

Waited for the van for 40 minutes

When I arrived at the airport I knew where the car rentals was and I looked every for your company. I even checked my email to find a phone number and nothing. Then I finally googled the company and i got the number. I finally got a hold of a person and was able to get my group to the van. I was not happy and i looked like a fool.

Price and service 5 star, but I have reserve the van for 1:30 pm, and when I show up at the place, surprise, they close for lunch from 12:30 to 2:30 pm, that was no mention on the web, no fun, need to wait for 1 hour.

Agent was very friendly. We walked in and vehicle was right there ready for us to jump in and drive away. Second time using them and will definitely use them again.

The staff was kind, but the company does not empower the staff. I booked on Orbitz and it clearly stated the rate was $30/day, my reservation was for two days and additional days would be charged at $30/day. I confirmed at checkin and was told that is never honored with their company, it is hard and fast $60/day charge. I showed my contract with Orbitz and they still would not honor it. For this reason, I won’t rent there again.

As advertised, great SUV at fantastic price

This was our first time coming to Dallas, Texas and we reserved the rental and bought our plane tickets in December... it was highly recommended by Priceline which we use sometimes! ACE rental was excellent! They were reasonably priced. They picked us up, gave us a nice van and took us back to airport car rental at the end of our trip! The Staff were so very nice and kind! We Will use them again and tell everyone about them! 😃

Excellent customer service

the only concern that you charge the local resident for extra miles and the out of state unlimited !!!!! But the person handling the reservation was helpful and fast.
