Prepaid reservation was cancelled on a pretext and then was insulted by staff.
A little longer than expected for catching the bus to the rental car lot and getting the rental car, but car worked well. It was all wheel drive like I wanted and everything went smoothly so couldn’t ask for more!

From the moment I made my reservation, when I was picked up at the airport, and when I went to the counter to pick up my car everything was perfect. The day I drop my car off was even better a manager that day was a nice lady and very professional. I would recommend airport van rental to anyone

Renting a car in Denver can be a nightmare. At AVR the rental was smooth and pick up and drop off were timely. Price was also very good. Ill look for AVR first on future rentals at DEN.

Dan is awesome... But when I called 1800 number for the heater issue we had on our rental van did not get resolved. Otherwise staff is friendly at Northgate location.
Pathetic and rude service
I was honestly a little skeptical about using an unknown rental company, but these guys knocked it out of the park with their courtesy, professionalism and tremendous value. I will definitely be back next time I’m in Salt Lake.

This was my first time with AVR - pricing was right- when getting to LAX was told to phone a # to which no one answered 2 times and left a message at their request with call back # - NO ONE CALLED - Left in a parking lot with 2 children 5 and under wondering what was next. Driver pulled up and said he was with AVR - Van I picked up clearly had a previous customer smoking pot in which I had them put on the contract.Attendant said could not be, we don't allow smoking in vehicles????- when checking in was told I needed a copy of my personal car insurance policy to which no one advised me of at time of rental confirmation over the phone, as I carry my own insurance that covers rentals.When checking out and advising attendant of the issues,, no notes were taken leaving me with the impression no one cared but said they would work on it!!! The gentleman driving us from terminal to airport was very empathetic about our situation and agreed that this experience should not happen!!
We've rented a van from AVR for 4 different trips now. It has always been a great experience and the pricing is always the best. We highly recommend!
