The rental process was great and the vehicle was fine, but the hours stink.
The actual vehicle and customer service experience was good, even great. The only hassle is the hours of operation. Who cuts off the day for a retail business at an international airport at 2 PM? We had to cut our trip short to return car over 6 hours before flying out and then sit in the airport gate for those 6 hours waiting. Believe me, I could have found a lot better ways to spend that time considering what I spent on the overall trip. It would not be so bad but it was not declared at the time of the reservation being made, so I planned other things to do then when I found out about the whole 2 PM thing, it rather blew my plans. This would have been a 5 star other than the hours.
