Horrible experience never again! I will even consider this place ever again!

They did a great job accommodating our needs and getting us in and out quickly. Would definitely do business with them again.

Make it clear before reservation is made when using debit card you need proof of return flight or utility bill.

Long wait to drop off and pick up they are short on people some rude some nice. The prices are good but customer service is awful. I rented a van for one and half month had a good rate then they went up. I couldn’t return it the day the wanted due to work and they said if you don’t come now will go get it. They are not understandable at all. Will I go back no.

Friendly and helpful staff clean cars. Assisted me in airport dropoff.

Everything was great, except for a vibration/wobble at 70mph.

The process of picking up the vehicle was tedious at best. Even though I booked and paid for my vehicle in advance it was not correct and the manager in LA was difficult at best. The vehicle was fantastic and the return process was simple. The shuttle driver that returned me to the airport was awesome.

We had no issues. Great deal for a nice suv. A bit farther from the airport- but the shuttle bridged the distance in a timely fashion. Business facility was a step down from the big guys but that didn’t affect my perception of getting a good value.

Unfortunately—a huge mistake was made last week when I rented a Dodge Durango(Black) at your Salt Lake City UT location. I added 1 person/ driver(Michael Sweeney) to the contract on the last day of a 4 day rental. I should have been charged 1 day at 11.90 per day. However when the rental was returned on Thurs Feb 28– I was charged for 4 days of an extra driver??? Please call me ASAP to correct this error and credit my CC ASAP. Robert Protasewich 770-866-1136

Rental of the van was easy, straightforward. I had been watching the price of vans for months and when it dipped really low, I reserved it. The van was clean. We returned the van one day early and were surprised to learn that there was no penalty fee for the early return, like at other car rental agencies. We will definitely rent from Airport Van Rental, again!

Great vehicles and rates.
