I have edited this review to add that once the team have actually responded to the issue they are actually very helpful, I am still awaiting my replacement part of the sofa and will update again when this takes place. I am amazed this company has got so many positive reviews , my experience with them so far has been the exact opposite. My out door sofa arrived yesterday, on opening the box I noticed a piece of wood snapped in two different places so I didn’t bother unpacking anything. Over the space of an hour I tried to ring 8 times, apparently all their staff were busy and their system just cuts you off. I finally managed to get onto their queueing system and spoke to someone (Janice?) after about 40 minutes. I explained to her my family from overseas are arriving today so would like a replacement asap or collect it asap and issue a refund, no help whatsoever she just told me to take some pictures and email them. I’ve done this along with also sending them via WhatsApp, still has no response over 24 hours later, the automated reply states it can take 5 days to respond! So now I’m stuck with a huge box blocking up my patio and unable to sit outside in the nice weather. I strongly advise against using this company, I certainly won’t be again and if nothing is resolved by Monday my next step will be the consumer ombudsman.

The Pergola was delivered and installed within 3 weeks, which was great. However, one of the blinds paid for was not in stock at the time, and several weeks on we still dont have it, and haven't had any updates.

Great quality product at a reasonable price. Easy to order and was kept updated on the order.

Dreadful service - no one call you back when things go wrong. We ordered a pergola and an 8 seater issac set in May and was told that the dining set would be delivered by the end of June. Even though I knew it was a wait, the set was lovely so we went ahead with the order. I was very excited to get my table and chairs but they delivered the 6 seater table by mistake. I immediately called customer services who said they would prioritise the replacement. I asked if there was stock and she said yes, i questioned her several times as i knew how it was orginally on back order. She said it was fine and we would get it soon. She sent me an email with the replacement order confirmation and i clicked on the tracking button to find that it said out of stock. I rang them (and after another half hour wait on hold) to ask what had happened they didnt give me any answers. I have rang daily and everytime they tell me someone will call me back. They dont. I asked if we could temporarily have the display table whilst we wait for the next shipment (which has no date and could be many months). They said no! I asked for a non matching 8 seater table just so i can sit outside this summer - no response. Error happened on 2/7 - still no phonecall on 11/7 despite me calling them most days - Disapointed is an understatement, especially given the inability to compromise on the display table...

Quick and easy ordering process over the phone, answered questions I had regarding the product and installation. Spoke with Ryan to place the order and also Felix on a previous date to go through product comparisons. Both employees knowledgeable and friendly.

Excellent customer service and really friendly

Bought a new rectangular 3m Grey umbrella parasol, other broke unfortunately, good price and fast delivery very pleased. Would definitely recommend this company, I have bought other garden furniture, have a few minor problems and their after sales are excellent!!

This company has got it priorities all wrong. They advertise in Stock and Delivery within 7 days. Wrong we ordered thinking that our delivery would be within the time scale because we were going away a few days later. After not getting a delivery date in the first few days. Contacted Customer Care. Was told that there was no given time limit for delivery and we would have to wait. Sevdays later still no delivery date contacted Customer Service again. Basically told we would have to wait until the delivery company got round to us. It eventually arrived 5 days after we left home and so we had to get a neighbour to come and get it in. It sat for a further 8days in Garden soaking wet. But that’s not all started to erect the Pergola gets half way through only to Find one of the screens was missing. Contacted Customer Service again by email now awaiting a response. The reply was you need to wait for 5 days for them to get round to dealing with you. Still Waiting.

Absolutely dreadful customer services😡 I received an email saying I would have delivery between 8am and 10am today 9/7 At 10:30 still no delivery throughout the day I rang in five times with no help whatsoever just saying that I would have updates . I have had no updates whatsoever. 😡 I have lost today’s work because of lack of communication between yourselves and your delivery men & I’m self-employed if the delivery was not gonna happen why didn’t you just tell me the truth when I first rang in? Instead of giving me all the excuses under the Sun.😡 I would definitely never recommend you now 😡
