Very Very disapointed with customer services
Dreadful service - no one call you back when things go wrong. We ordered a pergola and an 8 seater issac set in May and was told that the dining set would be delivered by the end of June. Even though I knew it was a wait, the set was lovely so we went ahead with the order. I was very excited to get my table and chairs but they delivered the 6 seater table by mistake. I immediately called customer services who said they would prioritise the replacement. I asked if there was stock and she said yes, i questioned her several times as i knew how it was orginally on back order. She said it was fine and we would get it soon. She sent me an email with the replacement order confirmation and i clicked on the tracking button to find that it said out of stock. I rang them (and after another half hour wait on hold) to ask what had happened they didnt give me any answers. I have rang daily and everytime they tell me someone will call me back. They dont. I asked if we could temporarily have the display table whilst we wait for the next shipment (which has no date and could be many months). They said no! I asked for a non matching 8 seater table just so i can sit outside this summer - no response. Error happened on 2/7 - still no phonecall on 11/7 despite me calling them most days - Disapointed is an understatement, especially given the inability to compromise on the display table...
