Zero customer service if you have an issue.
I have edited this review to add that once the team have actually responded to the issue they are actually very helpful, I am still awaiting my replacement part of the sofa and will update again when this takes place. I am amazed this company has got so many positive reviews , my experience with them so far has been the exact opposite. My out door sofa arrived yesterday, on opening the box I noticed a piece of wood snapped in two different places so I didn’t bother unpacking anything. Over the space of an hour I tried to ring 8 times, apparently all their staff were busy and their system just cuts you off. I finally managed to get onto their queueing system and spoke to someone (Janice?) after about 40 minutes. I explained to her my family from overseas are arriving today so would like a replacement asap or collect it asap and issue a refund, no help whatsoever she just told me to take some pictures and email them. I’ve done this along with also sending them via WhatsApp, still has no response over 24 hours later, the automated reply states it can take 5 days to respond! So now I’m stuck with a huge box blocking up my patio and unable to sit outside in the nice weather. I strongly advise against using this company, I certainly won’t be again and if nothing is resolved by Monday my next step will be the consumer ombudsman.
