good service, good choice-found exactly what i wanted at a reasonable price.Chair was very well packaged and delivery process was as described.

Order processed no problem. Delivery was a nightmare. Days holiday taken for the delivery, which didn’t arrive. No notification, I called them and was advised the route had been pulled! But would be delivered the next day. Again it did not arrive within the time slot. 2 phone calls late 1box was delivered, we advised the driver it should be 2 box he said no definitely only one… 4 phone calls late the driver call to say it was in the back of his van🤬 two days off work and 7 phone calls. Have to say we are happy with the furniture, but due to the issues with the delivery not sure I would use them again.

Really pleased with the garden furniture we ordered. Then had a long wait for the parasol to come back in stock, eventually having to settle for a different one. The delivery is good, handled with care and 2 hour time slot advised first thing that morning. Shame the parasol and base were sent separately as having to wait in for 2 deliveries (when previously advised they were in the same shipment). The only let down was customer services response which was slow. A simple query sent on Monday got an email back on Saturday. Really should not take 5 days to reply. Other than that would have given 5 stars and would recommend them to anyone looking for good quality garden furniture at a fair price.

Excellent product, great price and quick delivery

What a truly fantastic product and great company .The whole process went flawlessly. My wife nd me put up the 4x3 my Nova pergola in about 3.5 hours ..would have been quicker but I did all the tool operations she was there as a second pair of hands (which I am truly great full)..it looks fantastic and already neighbours are asking about it ..I am fairly handy so thinking of making the winding electrical .using a stepper motor ..will see how that goes .only slight issue I had was they got My number wrong so received upto date delivery times but they said it would be here by email On the 30th June and it was at 2.00 pm So this was no problem

Really helpful and products amazing

Just brought & erected our 2nd Whites pergola, this time the 3m × 2.4m version which fits perfectly on our decking. There was a bit of frustration at the delivery stage (date arranged, then W attempted to change at last minute, before going back to original date/time), but other than that, we're very happy. A well engineered product & straightforward to put up, provided you have average or better DIY skills! 2 people minimum, but easier with 3 or 4 for some tasks! The finish is very good and the profile is nicely 'understated', producing an effect that is very pleasing on the eye. Peter Cowup (Theydon Bois, Essex)

I can only speak to the customer service and delivery side of the company as I am still yet to receive my order weeks after delivery should have been completed, but delivery and customer service doesn’t even deserve the 1 star I’ve had to give! Appalling service, delivery is a joke and customer service agents on the phone are unable to actually help you because they are based outside of the UK and haven’t been given permission to put you in touch with anyone who can actually help directly which is entirely pointless as all they can do is check the tracking info you are sent anyway which I’m sure must be just as frustrating for them as it is for the customer. I have resorted to trying to call the showrooms around the UK directly and seem to just ring out to voicemail at every single store each time I call. At this point I will be ordering from somewhere else but even trying to get a refund for items still not received seems to be an impossibility.

I needed a furniture set for next weekend so placed an order yesterday but the date it would come was after I needed it, so I paid the £89 express service fee with the delivery date stating guarantee before the 11th July so that was fab, then get an messaged today saying they can't deliver until the week after so useless the guy on the phone didn't help with anything when I stated why advertise a date for an extra £89 and not honour it and his response basically oh well it says what it says and do I want to cancel! Absolutely useless! To add to insult I originally opened a ticket as their phone lines were closed and the email reply from the ticket said he would change delivery to meet what I had paid for but the absolute useless tool on the phone said can't do nothing so cancel so completely screwed me over! UPDATE: Apparently after phone calls and chats they have reopened my order and will deliver before the 11th so will update order if it's actually followed through UPDATE: So after being told they couldn't do anything and best to cancel, so cancelled then being told by someone else they could do it so they cancelled the cancellation, it arrived today, which was perfect but would have been nice not to have to go through complete and utter agg but it's here and seems to be a lovely item!

From the initial purchase, through to the delivery I have been so impressed with the customer service from White Stores. Thank you to Mark L and Paul for their safe delivery. Highly recommend.

Customer service-product- delivery all excellent Only downside after placing order with a customer service operative I couldn’t pay for it with them but was advise to go to another site and pay on line To much kerfuffel Otherwise excellent

The covers are great and the choice very comprehensive. My only complaint is that I made two orders with 30 mins of each other having found a cover for a separate item but these weren't consolidated and I had to pay postage cost on the second item.

The guys that put up the pergola presented as professional, personable & highly efficient. We are extremely happy with the design & construction of the perhola
