Great item & fast delivery

Recently ordered garden furniture from white stores online. I was impressed with the amount of products they have and the competitive prices. The website was really easy to navigate with good descriptions of each product. It was so easy to order. I had to wait for my items as they were out of stock but White Stores did inform me when they were ready for delivery. The products were very good quality and I’m so pleased with them. The only downside was the courier company white stores used it was Arrow XL. They failed to deliver on the day and I was unable to get through to them, however I emailed white stores and they sorted it out. On the second delivery they came 3hrs late but at least I got them! I would definitely recommend white stores and their customers services was excellent.

Ordering was easy, love the parasol, really great in the recent hot weather. I had to delay delivery to a day when I was off a whole day, whilst delivery was correct and on the day requested it didnt come until 8pm which is fine, but maybe if you could request a morning or afternoon slot it would make a big difference, there was no option to do this.

Fast delivery, kept us informed. We replaced an existing parasol also bought from Whites a few years ago. Fortunately the base fitted the new parasol so very happy

The salesperson in the shop in MK was very good, pleasant and helpful so a good experience for us in buying the product. He explained all the insides and out of the umbrella and how it worked and gave all the information needed. However, a couple of points to note. Although we did not order or want the lighting for the umbrella it did come with all the bits needed which I think is wasteful and were just thrown away. Also, inside the umbrella it was tied up with bits and pieces which prevented it being opened in the first place and was not noticeable when putting it up and trying to operate it. A notice about these bits would have been useful and saved some time and anguish. Anyway, it's a good product and we are glad to have bought it.

Absolutely love my new pergola only downside is I haven’t been able to order the sides for it. Apparently won’t be in stock until next year sort of defeats the object of having shade this year.

Bought an Outdoor all weather couch which arrived within 5 days. I was sceptical to be honest but it was really comfortable and well made even though it was really lightweight. About 3 hours after we put it in the garden it rained heavily for hours. However next morning it was perfectly dry and a small amount of residual dust just brushed off with my hand.

Excellent knowledge and service from your staff regarding my parasol and base purchase. Talked me through how to operate the parasol and how best to fill the base with a kiln dried sand and water mix.

The Customer Service from White Stores has been horrific. I pre-ordered garden furniture in April for delivery in May. This arrived faulty and I requested to reject the items and recieve a refund. White Stores initially confirmed they would do this however did not arrange for the collection of my faulty furniture and completely ignored my emails. Luckily i had part paid with my credit card so I raised a credit dispute. Through this they eventually made contact and arranged collection of my furniture. This was collected 15 days ago and again I have heard nothing from them since. I have had no refund and they are continuing to ignore my emails asking for an update. I have never experienced such bad customer service. This has been ongoing for over 2 months, I am still out of pocket and still receiving terrible customer service. I do not recommend this company. If you do want to make a purchase please use a credit card so you have another avenue of dealing with them in case of any issues.
