Great furniture easy to put together, Great service

Stayed in to receive delivery of garden table, chairs, parasol set. Garden table glass was shattered, with hundreds of shards of glass everywhere (including amongst the chairs). Parasol and base are incompatible with table. Tried to return, only told we'd be charged as it's not fault (despite it showing on webpage as a recommended extra). I get that mistakes happen, but no response from after sales team 1 week later is unacceptable. Broken furniture still sits in our garage, which we can't use (due to all the broken glass in the heavy packaging, which we can't move). Writing this view in the hope this is fixed soon, before we apply for a credit card chargeback. Really disappointing.

Purchased a parasol from White Stores last year. Unfortunately the parasol seems to have been faulty as has broken 11 months later, but having sent photographs they have sent out a brand new one with minimal fuss. Really impressed with the customer service and many thanks to Ryan who dealt with this swiftly and easily.

Just very very good service from both teams top guys

I wanted to buy a new corner sofa set with a firepit table for my new house, and I have a much bigger garden and would love a place to sit out in these lovely summer days. I went into the Wickford store and saw a vast range on offer, but I wasn't sure what to pick. The staff there really helped me pick out the perfect furniture. I did, however, want an extra chair to go with my sofa, but it seemed like it wasn't possible until the Sales Director was able to sort it for me. I've known Rob for a while, as we used to work together years ago, and I was glad he could get that extra chair for me! I would highly recommend this store. It can be on the more expensive side than other places, but their quality and knowledge of the products are unmatched. Thank you to Rob and his team for helping me!

We paid a significant amount for a product and two installations over 2.5 months ago, with the clear understanding that everything would be completed within two weeks. Since then, we’ve had delay after delay, extremely poor communication, and at one point I was even called a liar by your sales team.. which was honestly shocking. Rhea and then Saffron both told me they’d take personal responsibility for sorting things out, but I’ve heard nothing back for a while now. It really feels like we’ve just been ignored, despite paying in good faith. This has honestly been the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Once this is finally resolved, I’d strongly suggest someone with a real interest in customer care take a proper look through my whole case, and teach the team how to look after their customers!

Fast Delivery, very well packaged, good quality and great instructions.

Ordering easy on-line, arrived on time however delivery team were slightly reluctant to deliver to garden as requested on ordering due to the weight of the item

Quality product (Cambridge L settee and rising table). Excellent communication prior to delivery. On time and helpful pleasant delivery guys. Only comment would be if the seat base was longer it would be more comfortable. Thick cushions have faired well when left out by accident in rainfall. Highly recommended.

Easy transaction and assembly

Excellent service in store. Staff gave us information then left us to have a browse around the stores, checking in in case we needed any support or information. They weren't pushy at all and were so informative and helpful. They were a pleasure to do business with. Delivery was on time with updates. Furniture is such good quality for such a good price.

I visited the White Stores concession store in York and was extremely impressed by what they had to offer, The store is beautifully presented, with a vast range of stock. Their prices were very competitive and the customer service was excellent, this is why I placed my order for the garden furniture on the day. The whole experience, including the York store is a credit to the company.

White Stores are very easy to communicate with and are very helpful. Tree not taken out of the box yet, but when i do put it up at Christmas I will upload a photo. I have no doubt it will look beautiful 😊
