Love our new garden furniture - seems great quality and is super comfortable! White Stores delivery was exactly as planned & driver was helpful in delivering as close as he could. As has been previously mentioned - really well packaged and protected. Only annoyance was it going on sale the day after delivery!
Excellent covers for our outdoor furniture -I was fed up of spending money every year replacing 'cheaper' ones, these from White Stores are very superior in quality and I'm confident they will stand the test of time!

The store and furniture is excellent. The delivery awful. We spent £000's on 2 sets and a parasol and arranged for it to be delivered to the garden, even checking in store that they would. They have just delivered it and left it on the driveway, blocking the garage. They said it was too far to go round and they are not allowed in the house. I cannot move it myself so now have to pay someone to move it for me. They apologised and offered £89 compensation. Use with caution. EDIT: I have amended my original review as the Customer Services Team at White Stores have responded very quickly and resolved the issues to my satisfaction. Thank you.
Great customer service . We had a problem with one of our delivered items . I spoke to Jenny from customer services who was absolutely amazing and had it all sorted for us in a couple of hours . Quick responses to our emails and then a confirmation email with outcome and timeline . Truly great customer service , Thank you so much Jenny !
Sold me faulty garden parasol. No way to put the parasol up without drilling my own holes! Ignored my email request for a refund. Avoid at all costs. Will pursue refund through small claim courts.
Although we had an issue with the bistro set table the agent we dealt with understood our concern and provide a resolution. We were promised a response within 5 days but it was dealt with the next day. The agent was friendly and provided great customer service.

Terrible! Over £4K spent, waited months for full delivery after stating we did not want a partial delivery. Table arrived cracked and actually dangerous. They had the cheek to offer £200 towards a repair! Now heard another 4 month wait for a replacement. Struggle to speak to anyone and their reply to emails is ad hoc. I’ll be amazed if we ever receive the replacement table but I won’t give up. Honestly, go elsewhere!
I have had a few of these parasols over the years. The quality is usually excellent. This parasol looked fine but it wasn’t until I tried to put it up, that I realised there was an issue with the double pulley system. The pulley system was so tight, I couldn’t put it into the first available hole. I had to get my husband, and he even struggled to get it into the first hole. There is obviously something wrong with this particular batch/parasol. This is totally unsatisfactory from my perspective. So when I want to put the parasol up, I have to get my husband to do. This wasn’t a cheap purchase, therefore very disappointed.
From the start of looking for a 6 x 3 metre pergola when we engaged with Rob, through all the various iterations leading up to and including our installation, everything was handled in such a meticulous and professional manner. We were also kept fully informed of the progress of our order and installation date. Paul and Atila, who installed our pergola were an absolute joy to deal with. They were just amazing; quick, clean, professional, friendly and made the whole installation experience painless.
Had a missing part which was quickly sorted out by Rhea F. Highly recommend.

I messaged White Stores describing my right hand sofa set and asked for a protective cover. The person who responded to my message, sent me a link. After a couple of days, the protective cover arrived and fitted perfectly and has been improved since I bought my first cover. It looks good too
I did not have a good experience with white stores. I ordered garden furniture on 15th April , received it 2 weeks later. There was a mix up with the delivery company & I ended up having to take 2 days off my work as someone had to sign for it. It was door step delivery.. I built the furniture & it was faulty! Arranged for it to be collected which was another 2 weeks later. I ordered a different set & was offered a protective cover for it as a gesture of goodwill. The ordered took around 4 weeks to come. I was continually checking what was happening as said awaiting dispatch on my account. It was the middle of June before it arrived. We built the Maisie corner set & I was so disappointed in how uncomfortable the seats are! They are brick hard! Such a shame as it looks nice! Also the protective cover is absolutely no use. The water gathers up inside it then the weight starts to pull the cover off. Such a bad experience & I am so disappointed after spending a lot of money & waiting around 6 weeks.
We visited White Stores in Milton Keynes to view the range of aluminium Pergolas. The sales guy, Derek, allowed us to browse before offering us assistance. He was knowledgeable about the product and then left us alone to decide. We ordered a Pergola via Derek and we are pleased with the service received and the product.
