The help in store was super and so helpful, answered everything there and then, plus made it so easy to order. The delivery itself was brilliant, incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to get the sofa onto my roof terrace. White stores was recommended to me and now I’m busy recommending to others.

The order was placed on 12/06/25 - tracking advised shipped, and delivery for 17/06/25. Chasing 09/07/25 as nothing received. Why are you sending me emails asking if I'm satisfied with the product. Get me the product and then I'll let you know.

The staff answered al my questions honestly and I wasn’t pressured into buying anything, the quality of the product was excellent, I thought the price of the quote for installation was high apart from that the service was very good.

Great product and service

Furniture delivered did not go together, when white stores redelivered the faulty piece that was also incorrect. I have not had any communication since this so have had to chase again

Sales person did a good job of selling the dining set to us then to continue saying they had all the other things in stock, to then place an order to find the extras have been discontinued can't supply us with the correct covers or matching storage box!!! So not overly impressed to wait until next year when back in stock

Great product arrived very quickly! Second order from Whitestores after purchasing our 8 seater round dining set back in 2019. Still looks like the day it was delivered! Highly recommend this company 🤩🤩🤩

Great selection good prices and quick delivery

The communication on delivery was poor. I had to make contact and felt I didn’t get a concrete answer. I was told that my delivery would be by 26/7/25. It needed to be by this date as I was due to be away from home. (Hence why I ordered) No contact from delivery company and it ended up being delivered when I was away. The product itself is good but customer contact/ delivery not a great process

Really nice quality product.

I received great customer service from Jenny who was able to quickly resolve my problem. Jenny was extremely polite, courteous and efficient in her response. She took note of days when I would be unavailable to receive my delivery as well as clear on the process. Couldn't ask for more. Very satisfied.

Great quality products and great customer service. When I did have a teething problem, Natalia swiftly resolved this and was very helpful, she went above a beyond.
