I did not have a good experience with white stores. I ordered garden furniture on 15th April , received it 2 weeks later. There was a mix up with the delivery company & I ended up having to take 2 days off my work as someone had to sign for it. It was door step delivery.. I built the furniture & it was faulty! Arranged for it to be collected which was another 2 weeks later. I ordered a different set & was offered a protective cover for it as a gesture of goodwill. The ordered took around 4 weeks to come. I was continually checking what was happening as said awaiting dispatch on my account. It was the middle of June before it arrived. We built the Maisie corner set & I was so disappointed in how uncomfortable the seats are! They are brick hard! Such a shame as it looks nice! Also the protective cover is absolutely no use. The water gathers up inside it then the weight starts to pull the cover off. Such a bad experience & I am so disappointed after spending a lot of money & waiting around 6 weeks.
