Awful delivery
The store and furniture is excellent. The delivery awful. We spent £000's on 2 sets and a parasol and arranged for it to be delivered to the garden, even checking in store that they would. They have just delivered it and left it on the driveway, blocking the garage. They said it was too far to go round and they are not allowed in the house. I cannot move it myself so now have to pay someone to move it for me. They apologised and offered £89 compensation. Use with caution. EDIT: I have amended my original review as the Customer Services Team at White Stores have responded very quickly and resolved the issues to my satisfaction. Thank you.
