We suffered an unusual loss of broadband connectivity overnight and our WiFi dropped out. A phone call to (a very clear and patient!) Lucy enabled me to re-establish the connection. However, our slave routers did not immediately re-connect, so after a subsequent call to Will, and referral to Jack in the 'Technical Support Team', the problem was resolved and we are now back to full function! I have had WiFi difficulties in the past, but each time I have contacted Wessex Internet, the support team have always responded calmly & professionally.
